ZERO CREEP DERAILING SWITCH VAEVKN - 15782-01

Abstract

Zero Creep Derailing Switch was invented to mitigate the passing ofL WR (Long Welded Rail) Forces on a CWR (Continuous Welded Rail) track where it is necessary to install a Derailing Switch within a distance less than 15 0 meter :fi:om stock Rail Joint or heel off crossing of a Tum Out. To resolve the above mentioned issue ofL WR Forces normal be-Railing Switch was Engineered with special Anti Creep Device which is capable to take 69 Tones ofL WR Forces through De-Railing Switch without damaging the Track. The Anti-Creep Pin and Fork was made with heat treated forged and hardened steel block of material EN-19. This steel has high tensile and yield strength. To hold the Anti Creep device High Tensile bolts with class 10.9 grade has been used to withstand the mammoth L WR Forces. Fmthennore, it comprises of various steel and fiber cloth components named as Zero Creep Pin, Zero Creep Fork, Insulators and Fish Plates.
