The vice holding stand is mounted on the platform (1) which provides stability to all the 15 components attached to it Wheels (2) enables easy. movement of the device. The floor fixing clamp (~) secures the device to the floor when operating. Hydraulic cylinder (4) with plunger (5) enables the user to adjust the height of the vice holding stand. vice holding stand with height and rotary adjustable facility and portability.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
15 Vice is used to secure the work piece in place while like cutting, drilling, grinding, or
welding. Vices are typically set at fixed height. Users may need to bend over, crouch, or
extend their arms uncomfortably if the vice is positioned too low or too high. This can
result in back pain, neck strain, and fatigue, particularly during lbng hours of work. For
tasks that require the work piece accessed from different angles, the user need to move
around the vice or adjust the entire setup. This will be time-consuming especially when
frequent adjustments are needed.
The present invention solves the issue addressed in the prior art by providing working
vice holding stand with height and rotary adjustable facility. It has foot operated hydraulic
cylinder to adjust the height of the vice holding stand. The vice holding platform is made
swiveling to change the angle of the work piece without disturbing the entire setup.
Wheels are provided to move the device to the required place. Floor fixing clamps are
provided to ensure that the device doesn't move, shift, or wobble while operating.

1. PLATFORM
Platform is the sturdy base on which the working vice holding stand is positioned.
Wheels and floor fixing clamps are present at the bottom of the platform.
2. WHEELS
Four wheels are positioned at the bottom of the platform to move the device to the
desired location.
3. FLOOR FIXING CLAMP
10 Floor fixing clamps are present at the bottom of the platform to secure the device to
the floor. It prevents the device from shifting while work is being done.
4. HYDRAULIC CYLINDER
Hydraulic cylinder is positioned at the centre of the base platform. Hydraulic cylinder
15 is foot operated. It enables the user to adjust the height of the vice holding stand.
Plunger is present above the hydraulic cylinder. Plunger is moved up and down to
adjust the height of the vice holding stand.
FOOT PEDAL

9. FASTENING CLAMP

the swivelling platform at the required position. This prevents any accidental
movements while working.

10 METHOD OF OPERATION
The step-by-step method of performing the operation is explained.
