Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention relates generally to communication, specifically closed environment communication, local conferencing, and the utilization of current voice and data messaging systems in these communication areas. Particularly, the invention relates to use of smart phone as a microphone and the method of working.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Currently technology comprises closed environment communication, local conferencing and the use of existing voice and data messaging systems in these fields of communication.
There is evolved a field of personal mobile communication devices in the market that includes , such as cellular phones, PDA's (Personal Digital Assistants), WiFi and Bluetooth laptop processors (PC and Mac), smartphones, ipad, and other hand-sized, computer-based communication devices, electronic tablets, the like with mobile communication applications. Despite their ubiquity, the technology for these systems is still underutilized and use has focused on their primary functions and not derivative or ancillary capabilities, especially when combined with other technologies.
This current system also may not work because a microphone is not available, does not work well, or there is no portable microphone handy near the participant who wishes to speak. Often, the participant speaker doesn't properly use a microphone-waving it about or placing it too far away from his or her mouth while speaking-thus negating the advantages of the microphone.
US9232307B2 titled Mobile microphone system and method disclosed a method centrally controls communication at a single venue. Information, at least at the venue, is provided to attendees at the venue for transmitting electronic signals to the central communication point. At least one electronic communication transmission from an attendee who has access to the central communication point is enabled to have at least part of the transmission broadcast at the venue or allow open communication from the attendee to be broadcast at the venue. The personal mobile communications device of an attendee is used as a microphone over wireless telephone networks or local wireless communication networks.
US10418034 titled Systems and methods for a wireless microphone to access remotely hosted applications, disclosed an application provides software as a service (SaaS) executing on a server in a cloud or network. The SaaS receives data from a mobile device of a user over the network. The SaaS processes the data and returns the processed data to a client application executing on a client device of the user, which user is the same as the user of the mobile device wherein there is no direct communication link, wireless or wired, between the mobile device and the client device. In one aspect, the technology of the present application provides the mobile device as a smartphone and a microphone application to be executed on the smartphone.
None of the cited background art, discloses a technology which aims at using the current computer implementable smart device as a microphone. The present invention addresses or substantially mitigates these problems.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
In accordance with the present invention, a central communications device having visual and/or audio communication capability to a user group is established.
According to a first embodiment of the present invention is provided a wireless microphone system, comprising, user with a smart portable mobile communication device (20), wireless communication channel including a router (22), and central communication device (24), network (23), amplifier (26)/ audio system, and broadcasting device (28), wherein the smart portable mobile communication device is configured to communicate audio signals over a first wireless communications channel to a central communications device, to send the audio signals from the central communications point to the audio system and broadcast over the public address system or broadcasting device (28). The invention provides wireless microphone system, wherein the audio signals are any form of audio communication provided by the user at the smart portable mobile communication device. The smart portable mobile communication device is selected from cellular phone, PDA, smartphone, laptop or special instrumentation that can receive text or vocal transmission.
For example in a large gathering comprised a central receiving function provided at the central communications point. In FIG. 1 the central receiving function is provided comprises a central computer in the form of a laptop computer which is connected to the public address system or a broadcasting device (28). Users can use their personal mobile (20) to send the login credentials to the central computing device (24), for access. The central computer or communication device (24) helps provide a queuing function for the central receiving function.
Individual users (local or distal) transmit their communication to the central location and their transmissions are accepted and/or queued according to defined criteria. One significant advantage of the system is that the individual users are able to use their own personal mobile and their own personal communication network with which they are already familiar.
Attendees/participants in a conference/ event, meeting room, classroom, or other venue may use their personal mobile communications devices, such as cellular telephones or smartphones (20), as microphones to address others in the room via the public address or sound amplification system (26). Thus in one embodiment, a mobile telephone or smartphone, for example, is used in combination with a public address system (28) to allow the prospective speaker's voice to be heard over the sound amplification system. The present invention takes advantage of the fact that most conference and meeting attendees carry their personal mobile communication devices with them. In FIG. 1, audience members and participants or users use their personal mobile communication devices (20), such as cellular phones, smartphones and like to call central computer comprising a router (22) and a central communication device (24). The system includes methods that centrally control communication at a single venue. The central communications point with a moderator (which may be fully automated by a processor or by a live presenter) is provided. Information, at least at the venue, is provided by the attendees, for example, for transmitting electronic signals to the central communications point. The moderator enables at least one electronic communication transmission from an attendee/participant who has access to the central communications point to have at least part of the transmission broadcast at the venue or allow open communication from the attendee/participant to be broadcast at the venue.
In Fig. 1, the Smartphone and the Host device will be connected wirelessly by connecting to the same network. Once if connected Then we have open the software application through our smartphone. Then we can use our smartphone as a microphone if permission granted by host. Finally the host device will be connected to the amplifier using an aux cable. As the amplifier will be connected to the speaker already the voice will be heard through the speaker.
The attendee/participant electronic signals may be transmitted by wireless cellular phone transmission to the central communication device (24), or may be transmitted by WiFi processor-based transmission to a processor system at the central communication point, or by other wireless networks. The processor system at the central communications point may receive transmission through a hard-wired system, a WiFi system, or by other wireless networks.
In a second embodiment is provide a method of working of wireless microphone system, comprising steps: Refer figure 2, the user connects (101) to the host network router (22) user, the user on adding user credentials, i.e. selected from a code, or personal credentials on the user implemented device (20). The user after entering the login credentials is able to access (102) of the downloaded application on the smart portable mobile communication device (20). Here the smart portable mobile communication device is selected from cellular phone, PDA, smartphone, laptop or special instrumentation that can receive text or vocal transmission.
After placing request by entering the credentials (103) on the platform, the communication of the request to the server of the central communication device (24), is provided. The user smart portable mobile communications device communicates audio signals over a first wireless communications channel, corresponding to the sound from the user to the central communications point, on verification of the login credentials provided by the user (104), if the credentials are corrent, is provided approval by the host (105), further amplification of the sound or audio signal at the amplifier (26)/ audio system is performed, and broadcasting of the amplified sound signal or audio signal from the broadcasting device (28).
