WASHED SHOES DRIER WITH AUTOMATIC FLIPPING STORAGE RACK
AND HOT AIR CIRCULATION CHAMBER
FIELD OF INVENTION
10 The present invention relates to the field of sports accessories drying equipment and more particularly relates to the device for efficiently drying the washed shoes.
DESCRIPTION OF THE RELATED ART
15 Traditional methods of air-drying shoes are time-consuming, often taking more time to completely dry, which is inconvenient in environments like hostels or sports facilities where quick turnaround is essential. And the shoes dried naturally may not dry evenly, leading to potential issues with odor, mold, or discomfort when worn. Wet shoes can also drip water, creating a mess and potential hazards in shared spaces. Manually 20 flipping shoes to ensure even drying is labor-intensive and time-consuming, and traditional drying methods lack precise control over temperature and airflow, affecting drying efficiency and quality.
the cabin, there are shoe storage shelves with flipping racks that hold the shoes securely. Each rack is suspended on pivots and connected to flipping drive motors, allowing the shoes to be inverted for even drying.
The device includes a hot air blower and an air circulating fan to distribute hot air 10 evenly throughout the chamber. Thermal controls and timer settings regulate the temperature and flipping intervals. A moisture escape outlet allows the moisture to exit, while a drain water collecting tray gathers dripping water. The device features a digital display showing the internal temperature and timer duration, and a moisture sensor that alerts when the shoes are completely dry. This invention is particularly useful in 15 hostels or sports facilities where quick and efficient shoe drying is essential.

20 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a shoe drying device designed to efficiently dry washed shoes within a short period using hot air circulation.
IZ^ov-2024/135598/202441086994/Form 2(Title Page)
The device comprises an enclosure cabin (t) made of stainless steel, equipped with 25 wheels (2) for easy mobility.
Inside the cabin, there are shoe storage shelves (4) with flipping racks (3) that securely hold the shoes.
Each rack is suspended on pivots (9) at one end and connected to flipping drive motors (8) at the other end, allowing the shoes to be inverted for even drying.
30 The topside of the enclosure houses a hot air blower (5) that supplies hot air to blow inside the chamber.
An air circulating fan (6) is fixed over the top side of the enclosure to circulate the hot air inside the chamber evenly.
Thermal controls (7) and timer settings are provided on the device to regulate the 35 temperature of the hot air and to control the flipping intervals of each storage rack. The moisture produced from the drying of wet shoes escapes through a moisture escape outlet (11), while the dripping water from the wet shoes is collected in a drain water collecting tray (10), which can be removed by pulling the tray outside.
Each storage rack is equipped with a shoe inserting nest (12) to hold the shoes securely and prevent them from falling due to gravity while flipping downwards.
The flipping drive motors (8) are controlled by a programmed timer and are used to flip the storage rack with inversion to dry the surface of the shoes evenly and quickly. A digital display (13) shows the actual temperature circulating inside the chamber and 10 the timer lapse duration of the flipping drive.
A moisture sensor (14) is fixed near the moisture escape outlet to continuously measure the moisture content inside the chamber and alerts with an alarm and indicator if the shoes are completely dried.
15 METHOD OF OPERATION
Positioning the shoe drying device in a suitable location, ensuring it is stable and accessible.
Placing the washed shoes into the shoe inserting nests (12) on the shoe storage 20 flipping racks (3). Ensuring the shoes are securely held to prevent falling during the flipping process.
Using the thermal controls (7) to set the desired temperature for the hot air blower (5). This ensures optimal drying conditions.
Dripping water from the wet shoes is collected in the drain water collecting tray (10). This tray can be periodically removed and emptied to maintain a clean and dry environment.
The digital display (13) provides real-time information on the internal temperature and the timer lapse duration of the flipping drive motors.
10 The moisture sensor (14) continuously measures the moisture content inside the chamber. Once the shoes are completely dried, the sensor alerts with an alarm and indicator, notifying the user that the drying process is complete.
Once the shoes are dried, turning off the hot air blower (5) and the air circulating fan
(6)-
15 Safely removing the dried shoes from the shoe inserting nests (12).
*
Emptying the drain water collecting tray (10) and cleaning the device as needed to prepare it for the next use.
