Specification
Description:The Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health Tracking (100) combines advanced voice control, surface detection, and remote monitoring technologies to create a highly functional mobility aid. Its integrated voice assistant allows hands-free interaction, while its surface detection capabilities enhance safety by alerting users to potential hazards. Connectivity features enable real-time monitoring and data sharing, ensuring that users and their caregivers are always informed about the crutch's performance and any emerging safety concerns. This holistic approach to mobility support ensures greater independence and safety for users. , C , Claims:1. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health Tracking (100) comprising;
(i)a sensor module sub-system (200); and
(ii)an emergency response module (300)
2. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health Tracking (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sensor unit (200) is connected to a Raspberry Pi (102) processing unit in the crutch which analyses patterns from sensors. If the sensors detect that the floor is wet or slick, the crutch triggers an alert by buzzer (302) or speaker voice feedback (303) in the Emergency response system (300) thereby reducing the risk of slips and falls;
3. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health Tracking (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein a Built-in Voice Assistant (103) allows users to interact with the crutch system without using their hands that would be useful for users with limited mobility in their hands or arms. The Voice Assistant is connected through the Wi-Fi Module (104) to Raspberry Pi which converts this predefined voice commands into actions;
4. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health (100) as claimed in claim 3 wherein the Wi-Fi module (104) communicate with a wearable smart device with health tracking app (105) which could automatically send an alert to a caregiver, family member when it senses a fall or erratic movement;
5. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health detection (100) as claimed in claim 4 wherein Connectivity to a smart device app (105) with the crutch enables remote tracking and analysis of mobility patterns and fall alerts, leading to improved rehabilitation by providing feedback to improve balance, prevent falls, or aid in physical therapy; and
6. Voice-Enabled Smart Crutch with Slippery Surface Detection and Health detection (100) as claimed in claim 4 could provide Customizable Health Reminders, such as taking breaks, performing stretching exercises, or medication reminders, using voice prompts through speaker voice feedback (303) or alerts on the smart device based on data from the health tracking app (105).
