Abstract

This vehicle display apparatus comprises a display device, a mirror which reflects image display light toward a reflecting surface disposed in front of a driver, a motor which rotates the mirror to change a projection position of the display light in a vehicle vertical direction, and a control unit which sets reference data and a control eye box, the reference data defining a relationship between a plurality of reference points in the vehicle vertical direction and a vehicle width direction, set with respect to an eye range, and a warping shape corresponding to each reference point, and which generates a warping shape for display on the display device on the basis of coordinates of a representative point in the control eye box and the reference data, wherein, if a position of an eye is a position outside the control eye box (S30 - Yes), the control unit updates the control eye box and the warping shape for display (S60 to S100).
