The present invention discloses a variable height real-time cutting and plucking force measurement device designed for fruits and vegetables. The device addresses the need for accurate, real-time measurement of the forces required for harvesting, essential for optimizing autonomous harvesting systems. It features two digital weighing gauges, one for measuring plucking force (I) and the other for cutting force (2), ensuring precise data collection. The real-time data provided by this device also aids in evaluating the mechanical properties of thrits and vegetables. Additionally, the device includes a data logging system for recording and storage of data (I 0) for recording measured forces, facilitating further analysis and optimization.
