Abstract

Nowadays we need so many breaks from our engineering life so we people mostly plan for trips for our relaxation. when we are travelling there is time, we get irritating when we wait in traffic. Also, those who are travelling for emergency faces many timing problems sometimes they will in crucial state this traffic affects those lives.so many lives are affected like when patients arrive late to hospitals may leads to death of the person’s life. So, we thought to solve that problem and gives happy and peaceful journey in lives of frustration. Traffic Crowd monitoring and safety system: there is more traffic on the way of our journey. So, the people sometimes need a easiest and safest travel. As demand approaches the capacity of a road (or of the intersections along the road), extreme traffic congestion sets in. When vehicles are fully stopped for periods of time, this is known as a traffic jam or (informally) a traffic snarl-up or a tailback. we can solve this 1.by tracking or sensing the traffic by cameras in road and adding this feature in google map 2.by setting sensors in traffic lights and connecting with an application.

Specification

Description:Traffic Crowd monitoring and safety system: there is more traffic on the way of our journey.
Causes of traffic jam:
• India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world. The average income of Indians is growing and thereby the number of privately owned vehicles is rising.
• Though public transport is widely available in India, still it is not sufficient for the population of India. Especially in Metro cities, often public transport services are crowded. So, to travel peacefully people are opting for commuting in their own vehicles. And as a result more vehicles are coming on roads.
• Lack of parking spaces is one of the main issues of traffic congestion in India. Due to lack of parking spaces people are forced to park their vehicles in front of the buildings often encroaching roads. This results in the less usable road.
• Poor quality of roads is also one of the causes. Often this leads to repairs and thereby reducing the usable space.
• Lack of proper implementation of traffic rules.
• Due to lack of footpaths in many places, pedestrians are forced to walk on the edge of roads which further increasing traffic issues.
• Regional inequality in economic development and creation of jobs is concentrated only in some areas. This results in the increasing density of population in metro cities.
The disadvantage of traffic control signals on the road
o Traffic control signals may result in a re-entrant collision of vehicles.
o They may cause a delay in the quick movement of traffic.

Advantages of traffic control signals on the road
o Traffic control signals provide for an orderly movement of traffic.
o They help in reducing the frequency of an accident of some special nature i.e. of right angles accidents.
o They intercept heavy traffic to allow other traffic to cross the road intersection safety.
o They provide authority to the drivers to move with confidence.
o They control the speed of vehicles on main as well as on secondary roads.
o They direct traffic on different routes without excessive congestion.
o The provide economy over manual control at the intersection.

, Claims:1. As we claimed that claim 1, Sensors-can detect the crowded traffics
2. As we claimed that claim 1, apps-where we can get notified about the crowded traffics
3. As we claimed that claim 1, CCTV cameras-where the sensors are fitted to detect the crowded traffics.
