Topical Nanogel of Senna Alata Leaf Extract for Anti-Fungal Treatment Abstract The present invention describes a topical dosage form of chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract for the treatment of fungal infections. The topical nanogel formulation was found to be stable and convenient to use as a topical dosage form. Chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract formulation provided effective anti-fungal activity by faster and complete healing of fungal infections.

The following provisional specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is performed. 
Field of The Invention
The present invention relates to to a field of pharmaceutical topical formulations in general, and in particular to disclosing a topical nanogel formulation of Senna Alata Leaf Extract for Anti-Fungal Treatment.
Background of the Invention
The prevalence of fungal infection is far greater than might be thought. Fungal infections of skin, hair and nail have been estimated to affect one to two billion people worldwide, , Claims:I/We Claim,
1. A topical dosage form of chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract for faster and complete treatment of fungal infections.
2. The topical dosage form of chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract as claimed in claim 1 wherein nanogel formulation comprises Chitosan nanoparticles of Senna alata leaf extract, Carbopol-940, Triethanolamine, methyl paraben and propyl paraban.
3. The topical dosage form of chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract as claimed in claim 1 wherein nanogel formulation comprises Senna alata leaf extract in the range of 0.01g to 1g w/w, preferably 0.1 to 0.5 w/w and most preferably 0.3g w/w.
4. The topical dosage form of chitosan polymer based nanogel of Senna alata leaf extract as claimed in claim 1 wherein nanogel formulation comprises chitosan in the range of 0.1 to 5% w/v, preferably 0.1 to 2% w/v and most preferably 0.5% to 2% w/v.
