TERMINAL DEVICE SCHEDULING METHOD AND APPARATUS

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of communications, and provides a terminal device scheduling method and apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device sends a random access message to a network device, wherein the random access message is used by the network device to schedule the transmission of subsequent messages of the terminal device, and is used for indicating at least one of the following physical layer channel/signal processing capability information: the type of the terminal device; a PUSCH processing capability and/or a PDSCH processing capability of the terminal device; and the random access message processing delay of the terminal device (201). Therefore, the network device can determine the physical layer channel/signal processing capability of the terminal device according to the random access message, and thus can allocate different resources to the subsequent transmission of the terminal device for terminal devices having different processing capabilities, so that the terminal device can carry out message transmission by means of the reasonably allocated resources, and resource re-scheduling during message transmission failure is avoided, thereby avoiding resource waste, and improving the resource utilization rate.
