[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of renewable energy systems and, in particular, to a system for electricity generation using a rooftop ventilator with the attachment of a vertical axis wind turbine on top of the ventilator.

a rooftop ventilator configured to induce airflow through a building's ventilation system;
a vertical axis wind turbine mounted on top of the rooftop ventilator;
a generator coupled to the wind turbine to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy; and
a control unit for managing the operation of the wind turbine and generator, ensuring efficient energy conversion and real-time monitoring of system performance.
2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the vertical axis wind turbine is designed to operate efficiently in turbulent wind conditions.
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control unit directs the generated electricity to a storage system or directly to the building's power grid.
4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rooftop ventilator enhances the performance of the vertical axis wind turbine by inducing additional airflow.
