ABSTRACT A system (100) for analysing employee well-being using emotional recognition, comprising a sensor array configured to capture data related to physiological responses of an employee, the sensor array including at least one of a camera, microphone, and wearable sensor, a data processor in communication with the sensor array, the data processor configured to analyse the captured data and identify emotional states of the employee by applying machine learning or pattern recognition techniques to the physiological data, a user interface for displaying an analysis of the employee's emotional state over time, the analysis including a well-being score or emotional trend and a feedback module that generates notifications or suggestions for improving employee well-being based on the emotional state data and well-being score.

[0001] This invention generally relates to employee well-being analysis systems, and more specifically, to an emotional recognition system that assesses and monitors the emotional and psychological well-being of employees in the workplace.
BACKGROUND

a data processor in communication with the sensor array, the data processor configured to analyse the captured data and identify emotional states of the employee by applying machine learning or pattern recognition techniques to the physiological data;
