Abstract

A substrate, which comprises a circuit board and a first reflective layer. The first reflective layer is arranged on the circuit board. The first reflective layer comprises a central area and an edge area surrounding the central area, and the first reflective layer further comprises at least one first buffer structure group, wherein an orthographic projection of the first buffer structure group on the circuit board falls within the edge area. Each first buffer structure group comprises a plurality of first slits which are arranged at intervals, and the plurality of first slits in any first buffer structure group are arranged around the central area.
