The invention discloses the smart drug-controlled system using IoT for the monitoring of health by making recalling the prescribed drugs for patients. The present scenario of everyone life is too much busy and becoming challenging to take drug at regular interval of time. This may cause and increase the level of disease or infection in a body and may arise various health issues and it is one of the serious challenges. Such situation can be improved by providing advance level of support system in term of smart controlled drug assistant with IoT enabled feature to boost the present situation limitation to keep the health fit and healthy. This groundbreaking invention leverages advancements in drug technology development and provide a practical solution for induvial suffering from severe health issues. This invention can support various chronic disease like heart problems, BP, diabetes etc., and suggest a very promising way to enhanced the health issues. By utilizing IoT features the various health related data can be collected in a easy way to improved the quality of life and decision will be quite easy for healthcare to prescribe specific drugs. Background of the Invention
The effective system demand increasing day by day that integrates leading edge technologies for healthcare research to improve medical system with the utilization of medical technology. The most important form of illness prohibition is to take proper medication when required. Following the proper care, various fatal disease may be presented or cured. This, it is very important to follow the doctor's advice recommended for drug planning. Experts from healthcare profession now taking serious steps for patients who are not able to consume the suggested drug on time, especially elderly people, or patients. Age related factor, memory loss, who has been suggested more than prescriptions at once for extended time are mostly likely to forget to consume the proper medication at fixed time and that may affect their health badly. Apart from being forgetful, some patients especially illiterate and elderly, may sometime not able to identify the proper name of medicine mentioned on medicine strip or container of drugs. Such error contributes to non-observance of pharmaceuticals, which may affect the patient's health badly and detroit the performance of health. Therefore, there is very crucial problem that hampers the growth of the treatment. Reminder provision for medication is very important for the people who is consuming the drug frequently or any supplement in order to maintain the proper duration of drugs. In order to support elderly people to consume their drugs properly this invention provides a suitable system for a health life various other intelligent feature has also been developed like reminder in smart form like alarm, phone calls, messages etc., but this invention provides an efficient way to deal with such issues in a better way [ L. C. Paul, S. S. Ambed, T. Rani et. al., "A smart medicine reminder with mobile phone calls and some health monitoring features for senior citizens", Heliyon, pp. 1-12, Elsevier, 2024].
Various medical issues arise due to the fact that patient in charge changes with the shift and have to deal with various tpes of pills every day for patient medication. Various pillbox prototype has been suggested and designed to solve the issue of drug selection in hospitals and retirement houses. Such pill box mainly focused on those patients who frequently take various medicines in a day and the time of taking medicine will also be different. Such pills management system work as a caretaker that can set data for various pills with different interval of time. It will give reminder to the patients to take the drugs as it produces light as well as sound. These all events will be managed by the android applications that shrewd pill box and act as a caretaker for patients and this event is repeated every fix time for them in form of alert signals and give proper reminder [ D. Salama, M. A. Elfattah, "Smart drug improving healthcare using small pill box for medicine and reminder and monitoring system", pp. 443-456, Elsevier, 2018].
As per the latest survey it was found that various human errors in differentsensitive industry have been minimized by the use of modern programmable wireless gadgets. The usage of such technology enhances the accuracy and performance of the system to a great extent. Such technology integrates the reminder medical kit that will provide a great feature with reduced size. Various different type of medical system come into picture with different concept and platform like hybrid reminder, medication reminder, med-assist etc., to support the healthcare system and its improvements. Some system completely relies on application or app dependent which just give reminder to the users and transfer brief messages where as other are totally relies on database [D. S. Bhatti, M. M. Description of Prior Art
Prior art in the field of smart drug controlled includes various approaches and technologies aimed at improving health and proper scheduling for individuals suffering from various health issues and completely relies on medicine. WO/ 01/50434 A1 reveals the automatic alert technology in the field of healthcare using messaging alert system for medication known as 'medication alert system'. This invention function using alert clock process that is programmed for five specific medicine and provide alert signal to the patients after every half hour in a day. This device is programmed as per the patient prescription and recommendation. The device is portable and provide correct alert signal where level of color is provided on medicine container and refer to similar color push-button on the device. This device can be re-programmed for the updated medicine and generate different alert signal for such medicine. Devices uses the prescription information and it is delivered to the operation centre and this is loaded into computer and sent to the patient's page to give reminder for correct time of doses. The device is based on clock alarm process that send alert signal to the patient at every point of time and opens the box of pills and suggest proper medication. This programmable medication alert system give reminder to provide support to non-complaint people or patient to regulate mediations.
US005159581A reveals an apparatus for medicine dispensing as well as reminder for a patient that consist of containers which is arranged in form of columns and row like a box. Here, every container consists of a slidable plate as a base and a permanent wall that drive the apparatus in the base plate separately in two different directions. Microprocessor are used to measure and control the dispatched apparatus for its operation. This complete operation is converted with the microprocessor to alert the patient to dole or take the predetermined dose of drug. Input act as a push-button to determine the selected duration for drug delivery and finally reset the apparatus for getting the base value and a new container are ready for next operation. On the top of the cabinet there is locked to access the data for unauthorized manner to be stored in the cabinet.
This invention consists in form of apparatus provide suitable reminder to consume a drug at fix interval of time in a week. It combines apparatus to deliver the drug at identified time and stop the accessing of remaining other medication. Such device is fully microcontroller and processor based that provide both audio as well as video alarm to the patients to access the dispensing devices. Healthcare professionals like nurse and caretaker also required to give reminder on such occasion to the patient to consume particular drug at that point of time and the quantity of dosage. This devicesolves the particular problem of reminder that give four alert signals in form of audio and video to the patients as well as nurse and caretakers. Such automatic system delivers suitable outcome for patient to enhance quality of life but lacking in term of data collection.
AU2020103411A4 disclose a healthcare system device whose information relies on artificial intelligence for drug dispensing and to provide reminder and acknowledge the patient regularly to consume drug on time. It utilizes various control unit, android app, Raspberry Pi etc., to control the entire process of the system. This system consists of reminder system that generate blow in form of alarm and act as a system box. This invention delivers the medicine in a easy way and suitable for patients relies on caretaker or illiterate. It is also attached with Wi-Fi module wirelessly through which caretaker can monitor the requirement of patients. The remembering skill pf patients gets degraded at some point of time and to consume a medicine is quite difficult for them. Poor vision is one of the important that also degrades the level of health for patient by consuming wrong medicine.
US20060215495 A1 disclose automatic reminder system in form of programmable alert system that provide suitable platform to provide automatic reminder for a suitable medicine for some interval of time.
US4695954 A discloses modular based medication system for dispensing that utilizes portable memory gadgets that store the information of drugs and deliver at certain point of time.
US 201330134180 AI discloses a dispenser based on digital information related with pill. It is based on illumination and vibration mechanism to give reminder to the patient for medicine at regular interval of time.
Summary of the Invention
In the light of the above mention drawback in the prior art, the invention of smart drug system using IoT represents a development in convenient technology, aiming to magnify independence and proper time management for individualized caring suffering from various chronic illness.
The specific objective of the is invention is to design a smart control technology i.e., smart drug control system using IoT. Through such approaches the drug delivery to the patient in form reminder as well the patient record. This invention addresses the specific challenges that many patients and illiterates' patients are suffering from various mental and physical issues and needs of users and lead more independent lives.

Detailed Description of the Invention
The idea is based on a drug controlled using IoT, a ground-breaking form of for people suffering various chronic illness and physical limitations. This technique intends to give users fresh independence and provide a new way by enabling them to control the supply of medicine to the patients at right time.DC motor (7) will help to move the desired box from one location to another and it receives command from a microcontroller. It is employed in drop box of medicine and track for intrinsic patients. It is not useful for morning or afternoon but it is also useful for night. As, this device is operated by wireless medium, the healthcare professional can utilize it for medication without visiting to the patient location and can keep eye on the medication.
The notification of the time is one of the crucial factors that must have to maintain which is done by RTC module (1). This module provide scheduling to a prescribed medicine and current duration is stored in RTC. Thus, using module system will produce a notification using buzzer (5). Patient have a prior information of box number that from he/she will have to collect medications from. The complete system is programmed with all the drug boxes that all the patient can collect at the particular time and take suitable drug from the box. When the user close and open the desired box, the system will make a proper sound to confirm about the right selection of box.
The interfacing wire (6) connected with the control system to exchange the information received from various patient. It also helps to send the data in a proper sequence. The complete setup of the system is mounted on the PCB board (2) which consist of LM35 sensor, buzzer, LCD display etc. The entire setup will help to execute the complete process from data detection to monitoring drug delivery to the patients at right time.
The interface of the 16x2 LCD (3) allows the user to choose which of the three compartments- med 1, med 2, and med 3-they choose to set the time for. This is made possible by the rotatory encoder, which serves as the knob. By rotating the knob both clockwise and counterclockwise, we may navigate through the available options list. After the user selects a time, the screen will show that time for a minute or two before switching to the default screen that shows the current date and time. The buzzer and the led, which function as the audio and visual indicators, respectively, are programmed to activate at the time that has been selected, which is saved in the Arduino's EEPROM. To let the patient know when it's time to take their medication and which compartment to open, three LEDs are there to signify the three compartments. Only the LED that corresponds to the compartment will light up.
The 230 ac volts are converted to 5 volts of direct current via the RPS module. Every part of the system receives the 5-volt power source. RTC and IOT modules are the project's inputs. The RTC opens the medication box, counts the minutes, and has an RTC circuit and CMO battery. Data can be sent by the IOT server and shown on the IOT server app. The Arduino microcontroller has the software programming code Embedded C. The output features an LCD, a buzzer alarm, and a DC motor. The microcontroller's primary function is to allow it to control data.
In order to connect Wi-Fi to the IOT server, we must first turn on the kit and then reset it. The medicine remaining is displayed on the LCD when the kit has been reset. Following that, we use a TCP Telnet Terminal app to configure the IOT server. We may establish a Wi-Fi connection with the IOT server using our mobile phones. The mobile data should be turned off once the Wi-Fi is turned on. Connect the IOT server using port:23 and IP address 192.168.4.1. The LCD shows the current date and time once it is connected.
Utilizing an ESP32 board (2), a Real-Time Clock (RTC) (1) module, and a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) module, this Arduino sketch serves as a medication administration system. By showing messages on the LCD and using a DC motor to open the medicine box, the system is intended to remind users to take their medications at designated times. The suggested system is made to set up and control medicine reminder timings, show the time and date on an LCD, and start a DC motor (7) box to remind users to take their prescriptions. It stores configuration data in an EEPROM memory and tracks time using an RTC module. To make the system function properly, there are a few problems with the code, like misspelled variable names and other logical flaws, which may require more debugging and improvement. not included in the code that is provided. It appears that the purpose was to establish a Wi-Fi connection.
A piezoelectric sensor is essentially the source of sound for a buzzer component. The piezoelectric effect of a D.C. voltage applied b/w a piezo-electric electrodes results in mechanical distortion. When a piezoelectric element is distorted, it expands radially. Additionally, the piezoelectric diaphragm bends in that way. Even when the self-drive circuit is turned ON or OFF at the "X" point and sound may be continually audible if the piezoelectric buzzer is configured to create intermittent sounds. This results from the feedback voltage not being turned off. Assemble the piezoelectric sounder circuit precisely according to the suggested circuit listed in the transistor catalogue, making sure that the circuit constants are built to guarantee the piezoelectric sounder oscillates steadily. Direct power switching is ensured through design switching. The piezoelectric buzzer already has the self-drive circuit. In LCD display the data received were displayed when it is connected with WIFIHotspot from internet device (Android phone, Laptop, wi-fi rooter).Internet isrequired to work the system for opening the boxes according to the timings.Any message or title and other all parameters will be displays on LCD.
The software coded so thatthe box will be closed within one minute automatically. When the box is open for every 10seconds a buzzer sound will be coming from speaker upto the door closes.
When the box is opened, the IR sensors are recorded that, pill is taken or not. The sensordetects human hand which we kept inside the box to collect our tablet. If the tablet is taken, bythe server message is sent to IoT app that pill is taken in green colour, if pill is not taken, it isdisplayed that no pill is taken from box in red colour.
To handle the various complex road and barrier in the travelling process, additional wheel support is provided to handle such situation. The obstacle detector used to identify the obstacle which send the signal to the processor module and that signal send to the patients to get alert of the situations and control the speed of the wheelchair. One buzzer system is also provided at the bottom of the seat to generate the alert signal whenever any obstacle found. RPS (4) power supply to improve functionality. Users can quickly establish medication schedules with the help of an easy- to-use Android app that enables timing settings. Because embedded C code is used throughout the system, dependable and effective operation is ensured. Consequently, system's end result uses beneficial system to quickly cure patients' illnesses. Some people have a tendency to forget to take their prescribed medications on time or at all. Therefore, have created to assist them with this liability.
The overall efficiency of smart drug control system using IoT deliver the best outcome that delivers the drug at correct time and support the patients in a better way. The scheduling of time will be enhanced using this system to get the medicine support on time. The selection of particular medicine or drug will be quite easy for individual patient and the belong to illiterate background. Smart drug control using IoT feature will maintain the data of each patient in a proper way to get the right medicine and deliver the suitable medicine. Such smart system proves to be more efficient as it overcome the limitation of existing invention and provide a suitable way to choose.

a) The ESP32 P (2) attached with a control unitto deliver data using Wi-Fi and Bluetooth module.
b) A motor driver (7) is attached with the PCB board (2) where RTS is mounted.
c) A LCD display (3) attached with PCB at one end of control along with RPS board (4).
d) A Buzzer (5) attached at the bottom of the control system to supply response.
e) An Interfacing wire (6) attached with the PCB board to exchange the information received from various sources.
f) A RTC (1) attached with the board to control maintain the security level while transferring the data to some other destination.
2. As per claim 1, the ESP32 P used to deliver the data using various wireless devices, leading to better delivery of data and improving overall quality of information.
3. As per claim 1, the motor driver will help to move the medicine box from one location to other to reach near the patient location
4. According to claim 1, the LCD display and buzzer helps to collect and generate the alert signal for the patients
