Abstract

There are many paid applications in which end users may choose a food item per their choice, and order it, the drawbacks are customer is charged for service delivery, for the food item ordered, the time taking process to get an order is not within limits, User interface, functionalities may not good that impact the food delivery application usage. To overcome these challenges, and provide free service, and free food delivery, the food donors and food consumers both have to register in the Akshaya pathra application. The application aims to be recognizable by Govt. of India for its welfare of social food service as well as food to get the Guinness Book of World Records in terms of the maximum number of users getting food freely online compared to any other existing application. The significant features of this application are personalized windows for each user, several successful deliveries after validation that of recipient is genuine, the acceptance or reject the order from an orphan based on food collection from donors with specific reasons, and instant confirmation of order as well as recipient feedback satisfaction. The evaluation of this application depends on accuracy as well as security of customer information who get benefited from the food service.

From Fig.1, the flow involved in ordering food items in a food delivery application, in which the customer has to select an item, and has to order it. It demonstrates the process involved.

From Fig.2, the modules involved in the smart Aksyaya paathra application for orphans such as Food Donors, Validating the stakeholders, Tracking both pickup of food, as well as recipient, establishing personalized window for each stakeholder, and feedback questionnaire raising after delivery attempted.
From Fig.3, the validation of the food donor is validated, and its activities are initiated. The orphan who needs food is also validated, and activities for delivering the food and feedback filling are attempted.

Fig. 4 demonstrates an ER model that includes the activities of a Food Donor, tracking activities, a History of events, and stakeholder activities.

The methodology is defined in PS1, a pseudo procedure in which the flow of activities is demonstrated. In this, the stakeholders involved in this application are orphans, Food donors, volunteers, Employees, Management, and Govt. Bodies.
