Abstract

The farmers are facing one of the major problem is due to lack of Knowledge on pH levels of the soil ,the farmers are investing more money on pesticides for getting better yields. To improve the soil condition and maintain better pH values, Agriculture Lime is often applied to acidic soils to raise the pH and improve soil conditions for plant growth. Monitoring soil pH helps in optimizing lime application for better crop yields and healthier soil.

[0013]Key Image Identification: Identifies the key frame from a cluster of images obtained from the preprocessing techniques block (107).
[0014]Performance analysis: This block evaluates the working of the Regression model, and how accurately and precisely, it is deciding on identification (108).
[0015]Identifies the pH value: This block identifies the pH value of the soil, and gives signal to the microcontroller (109).
[0016]Agri Lime Sprayer Controller: This block receives the signal from the microcontroller to spray the Agriculture Lime Powder based upon the pH levels, if the soil is conditioned and it will stops spraying agriculture lime powder. If the soil in unconditioned based upon the levels of pH values it will adjust quantity of the Lime powder to spray for improving the soil fertility(110).
, Claims:1. A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system (100) comprising, the overall model of the invention:

i) Key Image Identification block helps in identifying image frame(107);
ii) Smart Sprayer will calculates the amount of Agri Lime required to spray based on the predicted pH value(110);
2.A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system (100) further identified the pH value of the Soil based upon theSentinel-2data(101), Preprocessing techniques(102) , split that data for training and testing(103) and given it to The spitted data will be given it to Regression model(104);
3. A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system(100) as claimed in the Regression model(104) are in conjunction with artificial neural networks (ANN) and KNN regression to predict soil pH from Satellite Sentinel-2 Images data from Google Earth Engine Open Source(105);
4. A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system(100) Regression model gets trained by images and learns about images and makes a decision of classification, based up on the identification of Soil pH Value(109);
5) A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system(100),the desired pH for regular crop will be typically around 6.0-7.the Microcontroller will compare the predicted pH values of the soil with and send control signals to sprayer valve(110),based upon the soil pH value the sprayer will decide how much quantity it required to spray the Agricultural lime powder to boost the pH value for proper fertility of the soil;
6) A Design of Smart Agri Lime spraying system(100), as claimed in claim 2,3 and 4,a system architecture and classification of behavioral classes is explained in the figure 2(200).
