SEPARATOR, PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR, AND SECONDARY BATTERY AND ELECTRICAL DEVICE RELATED THERETO

Abstract

The present application provides a separator, a preparation method therefor, and a secondary battery and an electrical device related thereto. The separator comprises a porous substrate and a coating disposed on at least one surface of the porous substrate, wherein the coating comprises a three-dimensional framework structure and a filler, at least a part of the filler fills the three-dimensional framework structure, and the filler is secondary particles formed by agglomeration of primary particles. The separator provided by the present application has the features of excellent heat resistance, high bonding strength, good electrolyte infiltration and retention characteristics, and the like, so that the secondary battery using the separator can have high energy density, high thermal safety performance, long cycle life, and good rate performance.
