Abstract

The present invention relates to a Safety Integrated Multi-Pin Harness System (102) designed for providing reliable and secure electrical connections between various components in an electrical system. The system comprises a multi-pin connector (204that allows for the transmission of electrical signals and power to multiple individual loads (103) via harnessing cables (207). The harness system features a connector fault indicator (205) to ensure safe operation by detecting and signalling any faults within the connectors. The multi-pin harness system is interfaced with a battery (101) on the input side and is designed to interface with a BLDC motor (103) on the output side, ensuring seamless power transfer and protection. This system offers improved safety, reliability, and fault detection in applications requiring multi-pin connections.

Specification

Description:The Fig 1 illustrates the single line diagram of the working system. A battery (101) is connected to
the integrated wire harness system(102). This integrated harness system has a solid-state relay(201)
which is used to activate a single output load when energized. This is connected to a 180W 12V DC-
DC Converter (202) which is used for converting DC from one voltage to another. A single terminal
from the relay (203) is given connection to a multi-pin connector(102). This multipin connector
(102) has 7 pins (204), It allows the users to safely and efficiently connect multiple loads as well
control and monitor signals in a single space. Each connector pin is given to wire harnessing
cable(207) and it is linked to the respective individual loads (103) In case of a cable failure(208), the
connector indicator does not glow (211) i.e., the connector fault indicator (205). Then power is not
supplied (210) and we can replace the connector (209,210). This entire integrated system is
connected to the BLDC motor (103). , Claims:1. A Safety integrated multi-pin harness system (102) comprising:
i) A multi pin connector (204);
ii) The harnessing cables (207);
iii) Connector fault indicator (205);
2. A Safety integrated multi-pin harness system (102) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the multi-
pin connector (204) it further comprises of multi pin connectors (204);
3. A Safety integrated multi-pin harness system (102) as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2 is
linked to the individual loads 103 using harnessing cable (207) interfaced with the
battery(101) on the input terminal;
4. A Safety integrated multi-pin harness system (102) as claimed in claim 2 and claim 3 is
interfaced with BLDC motor (103) on the output side.
