Abstract
A design of rodent detection and deterrent system consists of an innovative solution designed to protect against rodent damage by utilizing a combination of infrared, motion, and vibration sensors (102). The system activates automatically when the vehicle is parked and powered on (101), continuously monitoring for rodent activity (103). Upon detection (104), it initiates a multi-modal deterrent response that includes ultrasonic sound waves (201), flashing lights (301), and scent-based repellent sprays (401). This integrated approach effectively detects and repels rodents, minimizing the risk of costly damage to vehicle wiring and components while providing an environmentally friendly alternative to traditional pest control methods. The invention enhances vehicle safety and longevity, offering peace of mind to vehicle owners.

Specification
Description:The Rodent Detection and Deterrent System is aimed to provide protection against rodent damage through a combination of advanced sensing technologies and multi-modal deterrent measures. The system activates when the vehicle is parked and powered on (101), utilizing infrared, motion, and vibration sensors (102) to monitor the vehicle's wiring and surroundings for signs of rodent activity (103). Upon detecting a rodent (104), the system initiates a series of deterrent measures (105); if no activity is found, it continues monitoring and returns to the detection cycle (106). , C , Claims:1.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) for protecting a vehicle from rodent damage, comprising:
i)A plurality of sensors including infrared, motion, and vibration sensors (102) to detect rodent activity around the vehicle's wiring and surroundings;
ii)A control module configured to activate a series of deterrent measures (105) upon detection of rodent activity (103).
1.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the control module activates a first deterrent, an ultrasonic sound emitter (201), which emits high-frequency sound waves (202) to discomfort and repel rodents upon detecting rodent presence (104).
2.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) as claimed in claim 1 and claim 2, wherein the system monitors the rodent's movement after the ultrasonic sound emission (203) and escalates to a flashing light deterrent (205) if the rodent does not exit the vehicle.
3.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) as claimed in claim 2 and claim 3, wherein the flashing light deterrent (301) produces bright LED pulses to scare rodents (302), and deactivates the flashing light deterrent when the rodent exits the vehicle (304).
4.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) as claimed in claim 3 and claim 4, wherein the system escalates to a scent-based repellent spray (305) if the flashing light deterrent fails to remove the rodent, releasing a repellent spray (401) inside the vehicle, thereby further deterring rodent presence.
5.A Design of Rodent detection and deterrent system (101) as claimed in claim 4 and claim 5, wherein the system continues monitoring for rodent movement (402) and repeats the deterrent cycle (404) until the rodent exits the vehicle or the system is manually deactivated.
