Abstract
7. ABSTRACT The proposed system helps to maintain regular diet. The biggest hurdle that all are facing Identification (RFID) has become a trend in Internet of Things (loT) health care in today's world. It consists of RFID readers, wllicll automatically reuds food information. A web application is used, which allows tbe individual users to view the name of tbe food taken and other information like calories of food consumed, date and time of food. The Web Application (iotbeginer) is built with security, so that the user having username and password can only view the information with One Time Password (OTP) sent to their Mobile number or mail id. Tbis system allows users to directly interact with their daily nutritional values. An integrated loT project ensures that everyone bas a bealtby balanced diet.

DESCRIPTION
4.1BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
Adhering to a consistent and balanced diet is essential for personal health; nonetheless,
numerous individuals have difficulties stemming from insufficient health awareness and
inadequate dietary monitoring resources. Proper diet management helps prevent diseases and
promotes overall well-being. In modem healthcare, integrating technology to monitor and
manage dietary habits is essential. The advent of Internet of Things (loT) technology,
particularly the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) systems, offers a promising
solution to help users maintain a regular diet by automatically tracking food consumption.
Despite the existing methods of food logging and health tracking, there remains a need for a
more automated, secure, and user-friendly approach that integrates JoT for real-time
monitoring of daily nutritional intake.
4.2 FIELD OF INVENTION
· The current invention pertains to health and dietary management systems. This pertains to an
loT-enabled dietary monitoring system utilising RFID technology to autonomously document
food consumption and furnish consumers with nutritional information via a secure web
application interface.
4.3DISCUSSION OF THE RELATED ART
Current dietary mamq~ement pro~rams frequently include manual entry of food intake, which
can be laborious and imprecise. Despite the availability of numerous health applications for
logging calories and nutritional information, many do not provide real-time, automated
solutions. The incorporation of RFID technology in loT-driven healthcare has gained traction;
yet, existing systems exhibit inadequate integration among food recognition, nutritional
monitoring, and accessible user interfaces for this data. Moreover, security issues emerge in
current systems, since sensitive user health information may not be sufficiently safeguarded.
Consequently, an enhanced system is required that automates nutritional tracking while
safeguarding user data, thereby rendering the experience more accessible and dependable.
Existing systems for diet tracking often require manual input of food intake, which can be
inconvenient and prone to inaccuracies. Health apps currently available allow users to log food
items and track calories, but these systems largely depend on manual data entry. Moreover,
many solutions do not offer real-time trackin~ of food consumption. Additionally, current
systems often lack robust security measures to protect sensitive health data, leaving users
vulnerable to data breaches. The present invention aims to address these limitations by
providing an automated, secure, and user-friendly system.
4.4 SUMMARY OF INVENTION
A device has been made to check the calorie of food and the environment at the same
time. This loT-integrated solution encourages users to monitor their daily nutritional intake easily,

4.4DETAILED DISCRIPTION OF THE INVENTON
The invention proposes a system that employs RFID technology in an loT-based framework to
automate diet management. The system consists of RFID readers that automatically capture
food information, such as the type and amount of food consumed, without user intervention.
This information is sent to a secure web application that processes and displays the nutritional
values, such as calorie intake, for each user. The web application, named "iotbeginer," is
designed with enhanced security features, including usemame/password authentication and a
One Time Password (OTP) system that ensures only authorized users can access their dietary
information.
Users can track their daily food intake, along with the associated nutritional data, through the
web interface, which stores the date, time, and calorie count for each meal. The· system
promotes a balanced diet by allowing users to monitor their dietary habits in real time, ensuring
they maintain their health goals. The integration of loT technologies in this system creates a
seamless interaction between users and their daily nutritional values, providing a user-friendly
and secure platform that encourages health consciousness and diet management. The main goal.
. is to assist users in maintaining a healthy diet by automating the tracking process and providing
easy access to vital information.
5 CLAIMS:
