ABSTRACT A remote patient monitoring system (100), comprising a plurality of sensors (102) configured to measure and collect health data parameters, including at least heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature, a user interface (104) configured to display real-time health data, provide alerts for abnormal health readings, and enable interaction between the student and healthcare providers, a cloud-based server (106) that receives, stores, and processes health data transmitted from the sensors via a wireless network, a personalized health questionnaire integrated within the user interface (104), designed to assess both physical and mental health risks based on student responses; and an automated alert module (108) that notifies healthcare providers and the student of potential health risks identified through the collected health data and questionnaire responses, the automated alert module (108) enables continuous, remote health monitoring and facilitates timely medical interventions tailored to the health needs of students.
