Abstract

Disclosed in the present application are a processing method and apparatus for a physical layer operation, and a terminal. The method comprises: when a first downlink BWP comprises a first SSB, executing a physical layer operation on the basis of the first SSB, wherein the first SSB comprises a non-cell defining SSB, and the physical layer operation comprises at least one of the following: determining an EPRE of a CSI-RS; determining a related operation for a PDCCH candidate resource; changing, by means of SFI, a transmission direction corresponding to a flexible slot; determining an effective PRACH occasion; scheduling repeat transmission by means of an RAR UL grant or first DCI; determining a correspondence between an HARQ process number and a plurality of PUSCH transmissions; determining a first condition for triggering, in a first slot, the postponing of the transmission of SPS HARQ-ACK; determining a second condition for postponing the SPS HARQ-ACK to a second time slot for transmission; and evaluating the radio link quality or evaluating the link recovery quality during an indication period.
