Abstract
Skin ichthyosis is an extremely common disorder of skin which is also a chronic inflammatory disorder Ichthyosis is a group of about 30 skin conditions that cause skin dryness and scaling. The condition gets its name from the Greek word for fish because the skin looks like fish scales. You might also hear it called fish scale or fish skin disease. People with this condition lose the protective barrier that keeps moisture in their skin. They also make new skin cells too quickly or shed old cells too slowly. This leads to a buildup of thick, scaly skin. Most cases of ichthyosis are mild, but it can be more severe. Some types of ichthyosis can affect your other organs, top Medicament herbal gel was prepared from the extract of as neem leaves (Azadirachta indica), MAKOI LEAVES (Selenium nigrum) ALOVERA (Aloe barbadensis mill), LEMON OIL (Fragrance), is generally used in the preparation of herbal face wash to avoid various side effects.

3. DESCRIPTION
3.1 Background of the Invention-
Ichthyosis skin disorder are a most common diseases of the skin and start in mon, women and child after birth and adult age. Symptoms of ichthyosis vulgaris include dry, itchy skin, thick, rough skin that looks dirty, most noticeably on the palms and soles of the .feet. White, gray or brown scales on the front of the legs, back of the arms, scalp, back or stomach. If scales appear on the face, it's mostly on the forehead. and cheeks. Sometimes the edges of the scales curl, making the skin feel rough. Extra lines on the palms of the hands and the soles of the feet. The lines may run. deep in severe cases, causing cracks in the skincne
Herbal products generally help in the in-sebum control antibiotics which inhibits Propionibacterium and staphylococcus epidermidis is the main causative agent of skin disorder This gel is formulation of diseases allergy and ichthyosis. Herbal gel product is generally help in the sebum contract inhabit and ichthyosis skin disorder. Herbal gel is contracting the staphylococcal epidermis in main causative the agent of ichthyosis, anti-inflammatory and prevent skin disorder, it deals with the formulation and characterization of herbal gel preparation. Even today people especially in ruler area and hilly region select the natural remanedies like plant extract for skin disorder purpose like neein. makoi and aloe. Herbal cosmetics are products which are used to purify and beautify the skin. The main advantage for using an herbal cosmetic is that it is pure and does not have any side effects on. the human body.
Objectives of the Invention
The main object of the present invention is that Natural remedies are more acceptable in the belief that they are safer with fewer side effects than the synthetic ones. Herbal formulations have growing demand in the world market. The present formulation was found homogenous, easily washable. The formulated herbal gel has slightly alkaline pH which is compatible with normal physiology. The various parameters we studied like colour, pH, consistency, washability and irritability was checked and evaluated hence, it was found that the formulated herbal medicament gel was found to be more efficient as compared to the marketed. In recent year there has been a gradual of interest in the uses of herbal medicinal plant in developing countries become a herbal medicine are very less side effect and safe for use and is better than synthetic drug.

PROCEDURE
> Collection
Leaves of neem were collected, leaves of Nutmeg, leaves of aloe vera was collected from the ITM University.
1. Preparation of extracts
Leaves of neem and leaves of Nutmeg were kept in hot air oven for drying purpose at 45 c and grinded into small pieces by using grinder. Neem powder are given 20gm in methanol given 250 ml to one week and makoi powder are given 15 gm inmethanol given 150 ml in one week. All dried herbs were macerated with methanol by moderate / gently shaking of conical flask for 3 days. Separately After 3 days, contents were filtered out by using muslin clothes and filtrates were collected in vessels separately. For aloe vera cut the upper part and collect the gel and mix in the grinder.
Filtration
Filtration of extract was done by using simple filter muslin cloth and funnel for two times.
2. Evaporation
Evaporation was done by using water bath. Filtrates were allowed to evaporate in water bath at 60°C temperature until the desired concentration of the extract was obtained.
3. Development of Formulation.
Various formulation batches were prepared according to the Table 2. The desired concentration of gelling agent i.e. carbopol was weighed accurately and dispersed in distilled water (not more than 60°C; 50 % weight of the batch size) with moderate stirring, avoiding air entrapment and allowed to soak overnight. Desired quantity of lemon oil was dissolved in desired amount of glycerine by gentle stirring.
Comparative evaluation of formulation
The prepared herbal medicament gel was evaluated for various parameters as follows:
1. Physical evaluation
Physical parameters such as colour, appearance & consistency were checked visually,
2. Colour
The colour of the gel was checked visually.
3. pH
pH of 1% aqueous solution of the formulation was measured by using a calibrated digital pH meter at constant temperature. (5)
4. Irritancy test
The gel was applied on left hand dorsal surface of 1 sq. cm and observed in time interval 1 to 2 hrs (8)
5. Viscosity
The formulation of gel was more viscous as a other skin gel.
6. Stability
The Drug was kept under the stability chamber for about 1 month. We have conducted for within three parameters. So, the stability of the drug is-
PHASE SEPERATION NO CHANGE
COLOUR CHANGE NO CHANGE
MICROBIAL GROWTH NO CHANGE
7. Separability
We have taken circular mould plate of glass (diameter =20 cm, width = 0.2) With a central orifice of 1.2 cm diameter. Then it is placed on the glass supportplate (20 ×20 cm) positioned over millimetres graph paper. Then we put the weight of 500 mg over the slide, then the stability will be: -
TIME DIAMETER
5 minutes 5 cm
10 minutes 5.3 cm
15 minutes 6 cm
20 minutes 8 cm
Herbal medicament gel is better from synthetic gel by following advantages
• Treat for ichthyosis, skin disorder and skin problem.
• An ayurvedic massage therapy takes care of ichthyosis and skin disorder. Since herbal pack are used for this treatment.
• Those suffering from the skin disorder problem will be beneficial in more than one way.
• The herbal and natural ingredient ensure that the skin is well and absorb easily.
• At some time, it helps refresh and replant your skin and relax for the skin disorder.
3. Results and Discussion
The results of evaluation are displayed in Table 3. Formulation was green in colour. Formulation was found to have gel consistency. The formulations were found homogenous, easily absorb/penetrate in the skin . The formulated medicament gel has slightly alkaline pH which is compatible with normal physiology.
In this study the formulation of herbal gel is the most recognised the skin treatment. This gel is perfectlyuse for dry and oil skin.
The pharmacology study is needed to the test of pharmacology activity for gel formulation

Natural remedies are more acceptable in the beliefs that they are safer with fewer side effect than synthetic one. Herbal formulation has growing demand in world market. It is very good attempt to establish the herbal skin gel because it is one of the most preferred for cosmetic product and it has now created strong impact in our life. All ingredients are antimicrobial and antioxidant impact ichthyosis for skin. In this study we formulate and evaluate herbal skin gel which is one of the most well recognised skin allergies and ichthyosis treatment. Preferably they used for oily and dry skin physiology. The herbal medicament gel prepared form various herb like Neem, Makoi , Alovera. The various parameters like colour, pH, consistency and irritability were checked and evaluated hence, from the present investigation it was found that the formulated herbal medicament gel was found to be more efficient as compared to the marketed gel. Further study is to be needed to test the pharmacological activity of the formulation.
