1. A patent document with application number "KR1020230063331" titled "neuron module which responds to gas for implementing neuromorphic-based electronic nose and gas sensing system using same" is described here, "The present invention relates to a neuron module which responds to a gas and a gas sensing system including the same and sensing the gas. The neuron module which responds to the gas of the present invention comprises: a resistance-type gas sensor, which senses a gaseous molecule and converts the same into an electrical signal, for implementing a highly integrated and low-power neuromorphic-based electronic nose; a source; and a single transistor neuron consisting of a drain and a gate. An objective of the present invention is to implement the highly integrated and low-power electronic nose for a portable gas monitoring apparatus for an Internet of Things."

The present invention will be further described in detail below through specific embodiments.

An embodiment of the present invention is a portable gas monitoring system using MQ136,MQ137, MQ7, MQ4, MG811 and MQ131 gas sensors is designed for real-time detection of various gases in the environment. All the above mentioned sensors are integrated into a portable gas monitoring system which provide continuous data on gas concentrations displayed using the LCD display .This system can be used for safety , environmental monitoring and various industrial and domestic applications where gas detection is critical. Gas sensors play a crucial role in monitoring and controlling air quality, with applications ranging from industrial safety to environmental protection. This study focuses on the development of a highly sensitive and selective gas sensor for the detection of specific gases in various environments. The sensor employs advanced materials and technologies to enhance its performance, ensuring accurate and real- time monitoring.
