Abstract

ABSTRACT A plant health monitoring system (100), comprising an image capturing module (102) for capturing one or more images of a plant, a user interface (104) communicatively coupled with the image capturing module (102) and operated by a user, wherein the user submits one or more images and a dataset on the user interface, an adaptive image classification module (106) communicatively coupled with the user interface (104) for classifying the one or more images of the pant based on the dataset and generate an output and at least one processor (108) configured to determine one or more nutrient deficiencies in the plant based at least on the dataset and the output generated by the adaptive image classification module and display one or more recommendations related to nutrient management over the user interface based at least on the one or more nutrient deficiencies in the plant.

Specification

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a plant health monitoring system and in particular relates to convolutional neural network (CNN) based plant health monitoring system.
BACKGROUND

[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] Efficient plant health monitoring is critical to modern agriculture, where the early detection of nutrient deficiencies can significantly influence crop yield, quality, and resilience. Traditional methods of diagnosing plant health, often relying on visual assessme , Claims:1. A plant health monitoring system (100), comprising:
an image capturing module (102) for capturing one or more images of a plant;
a user interface (104) communicatively coupled with the image capturing module and operated by a user, wherein the user submits one or more images and a dataset on the user interface;
an adaptive image classification module (106) communicatively coupled with the user interface for classifying the one or more images of the pant based on the dataset and generate an output; and
at least one processor (108) communicatively coupled to the user interface (104) and the adaptive image classification module (106), wherein the at least one processor (108) is configured to:
determine one or more nutrient deficiencies in the plant based at least on the dataset and the output generated by the adaptive image classification module (106); and
display one or more recommendations related to nutrient management over the user interface (104) based at least on the one or more nutrient deficiencies in
