BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] Petroleum jelly, also known as petrolatum, is a semi-solid mixture derived from petroleum. It is widely used for its moisturizing and protective properties. It forms a barrier on the skin, preventing moisture loss and protecting against external irritants. Its versatility makes it popular ingredient in skincare products, lip balms, ointments, and even as a lubricant for various purposes. These petroleum jelly are manufactured all over the world, and its demand increases during winter seasons when there is less moisture over the skin.
[0003] Traditionally, petroleum jelly is manufactured manually by heating the wax to a liquid state. Further the wax is mixed with other ingredients manually by the workers. Traditional manufacturing methods may have some benefits but they also pose some challenges and drawbacks. Most of the traditional methods rely heavily on manual labor and skilled professionals for mixing an appropriate amount of ingredients to obtain a perfect jelly. Also traditional handling of various tools and raw materials while the manufacturing is a time-consuming process and decreases the production efficiency overall.
[0004] CN112619996A discloses about an invention which includes a supporting mechanism, a sealing mechanism used for sealing a passing cable core is arranged on the inner side of the supporting mechanism, the sealing mechanism is connected with a power mechanism and an injection mechanism, the power mechanism and the injection mechanism are both arranged at the upper end of the supporting mechanism, a control box is arranged on the front side of the supporting mechanism, and a recycling mechanism for collecting filled redundant petroleum jelly is arranged on the portion, located on the lower side of the sealing mechanism, of the inner side of the supporting mechanism. According to the continuous intermittent petroleum jelly filling device and the using method, through rotary sewing of the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate of the sealing mechanism, the passing cable core is intermittently pressed into the cavity formed by the first sealing plate and the second sealing plate to be filled with the petroleum jelly through a suction pump of the injection mechanism, so that the water blocking effect of the cable is guaranteed, meanwhile, the use amount of the petroleum jelly is saved, and the production cost is reduced.
[0005] Conventionally, many devices have been developed that are capable of assisting a user in manufacturing petroleum jelly. However, these devices are incapable of carrying out the whole manufacturing process in an automated and effective manner, and fails in reducing manual efforts as well as consumption of time in the overall process. Additionally, these existing devices also lack in stirring a mixture of wax and minerals to attain an optimal consistency for formation of petroleum jelly.

[0029] Furthermore, the battery (not shown in fig.) is installed with the device to power all electrical and electronic component necessary for their operation. The battery is linked to the microcontroller and provides (DC) Direct Current to the microcontroller. And then, based on the order of operations, the microcontroller sends that current to those specific electrical or electronic components so they effectively carry out their appropriate function.
