Abstract

Synthesis of natural hair dye using plant extract have the interference of various phytochemicals like tannins, flavonoids and carotenoids. The present study aims for the synthesis of herbal hair dye with zero percentage of side effects and long period of color retainment. At the same time the process aimed to utilize naturally available plant parts such as leaves, flowers, fruits, roots and stem. The synthesized product has been tested with various water conditions and tested with different temperature ranges. The reports of the above tests has been discussed and the production of large scale synthesis has been aimed in future.
