at least one oilseed, including soybeans, supplying plant-based proteins, healthy fats, and essential amino acids;
medicinal herbs, including safed musli and indian ginseng, selected for their adaptogenic properties and ability to enhance energy and reduce stress;
mushrooms, including oyster mushrooms, for immune-boosting and antioxidant properties;
chia seeds as a source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber to support cardiovascular health;
wherein the components are prepared by soaking, drying, roasting, cooling, grinding, and blending to form a uniform, fine powder suitable for consumption as an energy drink, smoothie additive, or food supplement, providing sustained energy, immunity enhancement, and comprehensive nutritional support.
