Abstract
The present invention discloses a wearable device designed for real-time monitoring of physiological and neurophysiological signals to assist in managing psychological disorders such as stress, anxiety, and depression. The device integrates an Electroencephalogram (EEG) sensor, Heart Rate Variability (HRV) sensor, and Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) sensor within two configurations: a wristband and a headband. These sensors track brainwave activity, heart rate variability, and skin conductance to detect emotional arousal and mental states. The data is processed through a machine-learning algorithm that personalizes cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) interventions, including guided breathing and mindfulness exercises. A companion application allows users to visualize their physiological data and healthcare professionals to monitor and adjust treatment plans remotely. The wristband is ergonomically designed for daily use, while the headband provides detailed brainwave monitoring for neurofeedback. Both versions ensure comfort and accuracy in real-time data collection.

Specification
Description:The NeuroBalance Wearable operates by integrating multiple sensors and advanced algorithms
to provide real-time therapeutic interventions aimed at managing anxiety, depression, and stress.
The device is designed in the form of a wristband, equipped with EEG sensors (101) to monitor
brainwave activity (including alpha, beta, delta, theta, and gamma waves), HRV sensors (102)
to measure heart rate variability as an indicator of stress, and GSR sensors (103) to track skin
conductance associated with emotional arousal. These sensors continuously collect physiological
and neurophysiological data, which is processed by the system's machine learning algorithms.
The wearable analyzes this data to detect stress-related brainwave patterns or heightened
physiological responses. Once the device identifies signs of emotional distress, it triggers a
personalized Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) intervention. , Claims:1. A wearable wristband device (100) for real-time monitoring of physiological signals,
comprising: (i) an EEG sensor (101), (ii) an HRV sensor (102), and (iii) a GSR sensor (103);
2. A wearable wristband device (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sensors are integrated
into a wristband form factor with dimensions ranging from 100-120 mm in length and 20-30
mm in width, designed for optimal sensor-skin contact and daily wear;
3. A wearable wristband device (100) as claimed in claim 1, processes a machine-learning
algorithm (200) that collects the data to provide personalized CBT interventions, including
but not limited to guided breathing, cognitive restructuring, and mindfulness techniques;
4. A wearable wristband device (100) as claimed in claim 1 and claim 3, further comprises a
feedback loop to refine and improve interventions based on real-time data and historical
patterns; and
5. A wearable wristband device (100) as claimed in claim 1, claim 2, and claim 3, wherein a
mobile application is provided with the device, enabling users to monitor their physiological
data and allowing healthcare professionals remote access to adjust treatment plans in real
time.
