Specification

Description:MULTIPURPOSE ROTATING CLEANING BRUSH
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to cleaning devices, specifically to bottle cleaning brushes and more generally to cleaning and mixing implements. Subfields include mechanically actuated cleaning tools, portable cleaning devices, and infant care products.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Current bottle cleaning brushes have fixed shapes and sizes, limiting their ability to adapt to different bottle geometries. Most traditional bottle brushes have fixed-length handles and bristles that cannot be adjusted to reach all corners of a bottle, especially the bottom of narrow-necked or irregularly shaped bottles. This limitation may result in insufficient cleaning, leaving areas untouched and potentially harboring residue or bacteria, jeopardizing hygiene.
Some powered bottle cleaning solutions have tried to increase cleaning efficiency by incorporating motorized bristles or rotating heads. However, these designs frequently lack flexibility in controlling bristle extension and rotation speed separately, limiting their adaptability to various cleaning tasks. Furthermore, the rigid design of many powered brushes limits their use to specific bottle shapes or sizes, failing to accommodate the wide range of containers used in everyday life, such as water bottles, baby bottles, and thermoses.
Furthermore, many powered bottle cleaners require an external power source, limiting their portability and ease of use. Power cords and charging stations can make these devices inconvenient for users looking for a small, portable cleaning tool. This invention addresses these limitations by introducing a bottle cleaning brush that is not only adjustable in size and bristle extension, but also has independent rotation and extension controls. Furthermore, this solution is intended to work with a rechargeable or battery-powered system, ensuring portability and versatility across a variety of bottle sizes and shapes.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION
The principal object of the invention is to provide with a multipurpose rotating cleaning brush.
Another object of the present invention is to provide the multipurpose rotating cleaning brush which is portable and without need of external power source.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide with the multipurpose rotating cleaning brush which will be efficient in cleaning of various sized and shaped containers.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention discloses a multipurpose rotating cleaning brush.
In an aspect of the invention the multipurpose rotating cleaning brush comprises a brush head, wherein, the brush head further comprises adjustable bristles; a first motor (Motor 1) for adjusting the bristle length; a second motor (Motor 2) for rotating the brush head; and a handle, wherein, the handle further comprises a switch for controlling motor 1; and a switch for controlling motor 2.
This invention introduces a versatile rotating cleaning brush that is specifically designed to address the limitations of traditional bottle cleaning tools. It has a brush head with adjustable, expandable bristles and two motors for independent operation. The first motor (Motor 1) controls bristle expansion, allowing users to adjust the bristle length to effectively clean bottles of various diameters and shapes. Meanwhile, a second motor (Motor 2) directs the rotation of the brush head, ensuring complete coverage of the bottle's interior surface. Because each motor operates independently, users can adjust the size and rotation speed of the brush to suit the cleaning task.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Various modifications and alternative forms, specific embodiment thereof have been shown by way of example in the figures and will be described below. It should be understood, however, that it is not intended to limit the disclosure to the particular forms disclosed, but on the contrary, the disclosure is to cover all modifications, equivalents, and alternative falling within the scope of the disclosure.
The terms "comprises", "comprising", or any other variations thereof used in the disclosure, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a device, system, assembly that comprises a list of components does not include only those components but may include other components not expressly listed or inherent to such system, or assembly, or device. In other words, one or more elements in a system or device proceeded by "comprises… a" does not, without more constraints, preclude the existence of other elements or additional elements in the system or device.
It will be understood by those within the art that, in general, terms used herein, and especially in the appended claims (e.g., bodies of the appended claims) are generally intended as "open" terms (e.g., the term "including" should be interpreted as "including but not limited to," the term "having" should be interpreted as "having at least," the term "includes" should be interpreted as "includes but is not limited to," etc.).
In an embodiment of the aspect disclosed, the bristle adjustment mechanism comprises a rack and pinion system.
In another embodiment of the aspect disclosed, the multipurpose rotating cleaning brush is powered by an internal power source.
The invention is a versatile cleaning tool with a specially designed brush head and radially arranged bristles around a central shaft. Because of its adjustable and collapsible bristles, this brush head is ideal for cleaning a variety of bottle shapes and sizes. When expanded, the bristles spread outward to increase the cleaning surface area, allowing for more efficient coverage of larger internal surfaces, such as those in wide-mouthed containers. When collapsed, the bristles retract, allowing the brush head to fit into tight spaces, making it ideal for deep or narrow bottles that traditional fixed-size brushes struggle to reach.
The mechanism that allows the bristles to expand and contract in a controlled manner is an important feature of this invention. This mechanism is powered by Motor 1, which can use a variety of mechanical arrangements to achieve smooth and controlled motion. Potential configurations include a rack and pinion system, in which the linear movement of a rack drives the radial motion of the bristles, and a series of interlocking gears that shift the bristles in and out as needed. Other suitable mechanisms may also be used, provided they provide consistent control over bristle expansion and retraction, allowing for precise adjustment based on the bottle's interior geometry.
Motor 2 is designed to rotate the brush head via the central shaft. This rotation allows the bristles to sweep across the bottle's inner surfaces, easily removing residues, debris, and stubborn stains. By providing rotation independent of bristle expansion, this invention enables the user to select the most effective combination of rotation speed and bristle length for each cleaning task. This independent rotation also reduces the need for manual scrubbing, which improves cleaning efficiency and reduces user fatigue.
Each motor is controlled by a separate switch, giving the user complete control over the bristle length and brush rotation. These switches are strategically located on the device's handle for easy access. One switch activates Motor 1, which expands or collapses the bristles, and the other switch activates Motor 2, which rotates the brush head. By separating these functions, the user can expand the bristles to the desired size before engaging rotation, resulting in optimal performance regardless of the shape or size of the bottle being cleaned.
The device is powered by an internal power source, which could be a rechargeable or replaceable battery, making it completely portable and eliminating the need for an external power source..
The device's handle is ergonomically designed, allowing the user to maintain a secure grip even when wet. The switches for controlling the bristle mechanism and brush rotation are built into the handle, allowing for simple one-handed operation. This ergonomic design, combined with the adjustable bristle length and independent rotation control, makes the device easy to use and suitable for a wide range of cleaning applications, including everyday bottles and specialized containers used in laboratories or kitchens.
Although embodiments for the present subject matter have been described in language specific to structural features, it is to be understood that the present subject matter is not necessarily limited to the specific features described.
