Abstract
ABSTRACT MINI SAREE PLEATING MACHINE The present invention discloses a mini or compact machine that takes pleats of a saree. The machine consists of a hook (3) to adjust according to the border of the pallu and pull the saree only when the saree is inserted. The machine comprises a button (1) to ON & OFF the process, led display (2) to indicate whether the machine is in ON mode or OFF mode, hook to pull the saree, plate (4) to rotate to fold the pallu, conveyor belt (8) is a part to pull the saree completely and to rotate them. Once the machine is started after fixing the hook at its position, the conveyor belt starts to rotate along with the plate, so that the saree is pulled until the end. It maintains time complexity and precise process. It is designed to use it at home and to pleat our own saree by ourselves. It is designed not to waste your money in pleating a saree at beauty stations. Fig 1

TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to the field of fashion. More specifically, the invention we propose related to a machine that automatically pleats a saree that gives a perfect look which immensely uses hooks and parallel plate to take the pleats of the saree.
BACKGROUND
A saree is one of the oldest, unstitched and most iconic traditional garment typically worn by women in South Asia, especially in India, with a rich history and cultural significance. It is often associated with cultural, ceremonial, and festive occasions and can give a great look when draped with a perfect pleat. A saree pleating machine is a device designed to automate the process of pleating a saree. The machine aims to simplify and speed up the process of wearing a saree, which can be complex and time-consuming especially for working women. This machine have the potential to make wearing a saree more accessible and convenient, especially for those who are new to wearing a saree or have difficulty in draping them manually. The mechanism of a saree pleating machine typically involves a combination of mechanical and electrical components that work together to pleat a saree. This electromechanical machine aims to simplify and speed up the process, making it more accessible and efficient. These systems help in adjusting the fabric in real-time to achieve the perfect look. This machine is exclusively for woman and girls who wish to drape a saree with perfect pleats. The machine holds hooks to feed the saree into the machine, and the plate rotates in an organized manner to pleat it. This machine will be a great invention to womanhood. It will be used as a home appliance, or we can use it in beauty stations.
We often feel difficulty in draping a saree and taking a perfect pleat. Big pleats on shoulder will damage the entire look of saree within a second. Taking perfect and small pleats even for an ordinary saree makes it elegant and provides a rich look. So perfect pleating is much more important. Our invention automates the pleating process, reducing manual labor. This mini machine ensures uniform pleats, enhancing the saree's appearance. In industries, a faster production of pre-pleated sarees will be provided as an output after the invention of the machine. Evidence of the saree or similar garments can be traced to the Indus Valley Civilization, around 2800-1800 BCE. The saree as we know it evolved over time, influenced by various cultures and periods, including the Vedic period, the Maurya and Gupta empires. Our invention greatly reduces the time required to drape a saree, making it ideal for events or busy schedules. Provides uniform draping, ensuring that the saree looks neat and elegant every time.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The primary object of the present invention is to provide a machine which could take perfect pleats for a saree along the border of the pallu. We can make pleats smaller and smaller with this machine according to the needs.
Another object of the present invention is to reduce the time taken to pleat the saree and to make it completely beautiful.
Further the present invention provides a machine which will be affordable to buy, portable and user friendly for all age of people in the society. Yet another object of our invention is that it will be very useful for those who run to beauty stations for pleating a saree. Finally the main object of our invention is that you may not need to spend a lot on pleating a saree at parlour instead you can do that by yourself at your home itself.
SUMMARY
The present invention is specially made to reduce the work of every woman. Suppose, When you're going for a marriage and when you wanted to look good in saree, the 1st thought is to take a perfect pleat. But, is that easy? It takes an hour or more than that to pleat a single saree to get a perfect look.
Here, we bring a mini handheld machine which exactly fits in your hand that tends to pleat a saree for you. It has buttons, when we press them, we can fix the length of the pleat we want. Then when we press ON button, the machine starts to work.
It consists of several hooks; the hook will start to work as per the length of pleat. The hook just pulls the saree and places it on the parallel plate. It consists of a parallel plate just below the hooks.
The parallel plate is the component which will works as zig-zag mechanism to fold the saree. Once the hook pulls the saree and place it on the plate, the plate turns around. Now again the hooks pulls the saree and place it on the plate. Again the plate turns around. This mechanism continues.This zig-zag mechanism of the plate and pulling of hook continues until the end of the saree.
It is a mini device as it fits in your hand and portable too. When you want to drape a saree perfectly that everyone admires the look and perfectness of the saree, you need a perfect pleat. You can do that in home by using iron box, but you need to spend a lot of time on it. 1st you need to fold the saree as small as you want, then you must pin it. Now, you just want to iron them by single pleats. Pinning may damage your saree, or we may not get the perfect pleat, it may be a big process. When you are busy and not ready to take pleats at home, the next step is beauty salon. But in parlors also they pleat the saree manually. Most importantly for pleating a single saree the beauty stations ask minimum 600rs to maximum 1500rs depending upon the material and works of saree. For spending 600rs for just fleeting a saree we can buy a new saree.
Our invention is affordable, once you buy the machine we can use for a long period of time. We can pleat number of sarees for different occasions. This machine might be user-friendly, travel-friendly, portable, easy to handle, easy to work and simple algorithm.
Parts of saree are: Pallu - the decorative end of the saree
Border - the ornamental edge of the saree
Field - the main body of the saree
Pleats - the folds in the saree
Saree is a cultural significance which is a symbol of femininity, representation of Indian heritage, expression of regional identity, sign of respect and tradition. The word saree comes from the Sanskrit word "sadi", meaning "strip of cloth". Sarees are worn in various countries, including India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Bangladesh.
It allows for varying pleat sizes to suit different saree styles. The machine can handle various fabrics, including silk, cotton, and blends.it has adjustable speed settings for efficient pleating. It ensures accurate and consistent pleating. It uses mechanical components to fold and pleat the fabric.

The examples used herein are intended to facilitate an understanding of ways in which the embodiments herein may be practiced and to further enable those of skill in the art to practice the embodiments herein. Accordingly, the examples should not be construed as limiting the scope of the embodiments herein.
The various embodiment of the present invention discloses device designed to automate the process of pleating a saree, a traditional garment worn by women in India and other parts of South Asia. Our invention Greatly reduces the time required to drape a saree, making it ideal for events or busy schedules.
ON/OFF button (1) is used to on & off the machine. Once the saree is fed into the parallel plate by the hook, on button is pressed, that's when the machine starts to do its work.
LED indicator (2), it blinks when the machine is in ON mode and stops blinking when the machine is in ON. Then the hook(3), its work is to pull the saree by the length we want, initially the hook is placed at the edge of the border of the saree, and then when the ON button is pressed, the hook pulls the saree by the help of the conveyor belt.
Next the parallel plate (4), which is the main component of our invention, where it is parallel to top & bottom of the machine. It is attached to the body of the machine by a small pivot. It is constructed to be rotated in a zig-zag motion. Only if it is motorized in zig-zag way, the saree can be alternatively folded.
Hinge (5), it is a screw that connects the parallel plate with the body of the machine.it enables the plate to rotate around. this part must be motorized if the plate has to rotate.
Body of the machine (6), it is the main body of our invention which connects the upper and lower body of the machine.
Upper cover (7), it is the topmost part of the machine. Pivot (8) is the screw like structure which connects the parallel plate with the body of the machine. added a support on both the edges, since the belt can't rotate if the support is in middle.
Conveyor belt (9) is the superior construction of the machine where, the working principle of the belt conveyor is simple: it uses a motor to power an idler pulley, which in turn causes the pulley to move the length of the belt. Once the machine is started after fixing the hook at its position, the conveyor belt starts to rotate along with the plate, so that the saree is pulled until the end.
It is noted that the above-described examples of the present invention is for the purpose of illustration only. Although the present invention has been described in conjunction with a specific example thereof, numerous 13 modifications may be possible without materially departing from the teachings and advantages of the subject matter described herein. Other substitutions, modifications and changes may be made without departing from the spirit of the present solution. Although the embodiments herein are described with various specific embodiments, it will be obvious for a person skilled in the art to practice the embodiments herein with modifications.
The ON/OFF button is constructed in toggle switch which is a red icon where a toggle switch is used to move toggle back and forth and It is one of the most common types of switches used for simple household appliances and even for complicated machines.
Red LED is made of Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) or Aluminum Gallium Arsenide (AlGaAs) as the semiconductor material. Where, The parallel plate is constructed in ceramic material because it is free of toxic glazes or coatings.
The hooks are planned to be constructed in the silicone material which is flexible so that it avoids the damage to the cloth and also the tip of the hook which pulls the cloth is moulded to avoid the tearing of the saree. The idea for making a perfect pleating machine is all discussed.

We claim,
1. A mini pleating machine for saree, comprising:
An ON/OFF button (1) is pressed when we want to start or to stop the machine;
A LED light on the top of the body of the machine indicates that the machine is in ON mode;
A LED starts to glow once when the button is pressed;
A parallel plate is a part where the saree is fixed using hooks;
A saree is placed where we want to fold the border below the hook, that is at the point where the border lies;
An ON button is pressed once the saree is inserted by using the hook on the parallel plate and then the machine is motorized and starts to work;
A parallel plate starts to rotate as zig-zag motion so that saree gets folded in zigzag way; and,
A hinge is a small component that rotates the plate so that the machine is motorized.
2. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, The mechanism is simple that the plate rotates in upper direction then in downward direction, Then again in the upper direction and lower direction.
3. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, This zig-zag motion of plate automatically folds the saree, It folds until the edge of the pallu and then the machine is set to off.
4. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, an ON/OFF button is constructed in toggle switch button wherein it is a red icon where a toggle switch is used to move a lever or "toggle" back and forth and It is one of the most common types of switches used for simple household appliances.
5. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, Red LED is used here where it is made using Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) or Aluminum Gallium Arsenide (AlGaAs) as the semiconductor material.
6. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, The parallel plate is constructed ceramic material because it is free of toxic glazes or coatings and it withstands sensible temperature hence, it is coated on the parallel plate.
7. The mini saree pleating machine as claimed in claim 1, The hooks are constructed in the silicone material which is flexible to avoid the damage to the cloth also the tip of the hook which pulls the cloth is moulded to avoid the tearing of the saree.
