Abstract

ABSTRACT A method (100) for performing metachrosis printing, the method (100) comprising: printing two designs onto a positive film; applying a thin layer of emulsion and Ammonium Di Chloride; placing the printed design under the screens; exposing each screen to light or UV light for precisely 4 minutes and 20 seconds to create stencils; clearing the screen with water until the design becomes visible; combining 60% rubber base, 38% clear base, 1% photochromatic powder, and 1% fixer in a mixing container; ensuring thorough mixing to achieve a homogeneous consistency and even dispersion of the photochromatic powder; applying the mixed ink onto both screens; printing the design onto oversize t-shirts using both screens, ensuring alignment for layered effects; puffing all prints with a heat gun to create an embossed effect; and utilizing heat from the gun to expand the ink, thereby creating texture and dimension on the printed design.

Specification

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of textile printing and, in particular, to a method for performing metachrosis printing that utilizes specific materials and techniques to produce designs with both color-changing and static properties. The method aims to enhance the visual effects of printed textiles by leveraging advanced printing techniques.
BACKGROUND

[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] Traditional textile printing methods often rely on static designs that do not e , Claims:1. A method (100) for performing metachrosis printing, the method (100) comprising:
printing two designs onto a positive film, one design being a color-changing design and the other being a static design;
applying a thin layer of emulsion and Ammonium Di Chloride in a ratio of 6:1 onto both screens;
placing the printed design under the screens;
exposing each screen to light or UV light for precisely 4 minutes and 20 seconds to create stencils;
clearing the screen with water until the design becomes visible;
combining 60% rubber base, 38% clear base, 1% photochromatic powder, and 1% fixer in a mixing container;
ensuring thorough mixing to achieve a homogeneous consistency and even dispersion of the photochromatic powder;
applying the mixed ink onto both screens;
printing the design onto oversize t-shirts using both screens, ensuring alignment for layered effects;
puffing all prints with a heat gun to create an embossed effect; and
utilizing heat from the gun to expand the ink, thereby creating texture and d
