Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of facilitating digital payment for parking fees through the mobile application, enabling users to complete transactions for reserved parking slots or upon exiting the facility.

capturing real-time data regarding parking slot occupancy using infrared (IR) sensors;
transmitting the occupancy data to a cloud server for processing to determine the availability of each parking slot;
providing a mobile application interface for users to access real-time information on parking slot availability and reserve slots;
automatically controlling entry and exit barriers based on vehicle detection, activating the barriers to open when a vehicle is detected at the entrance or exit; and
facilitating digital payment for parking fees through the mobile application, enabling users to complete transactions for reserved parking slots or upon exiting the facility.

2. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the mobile application further includes a feature for users to receive notifications about available parking slots and reminders for reservation expiration.
