Abstract
The present invention provides a method for optimizing supply chain management through the integration of blockchain technology, enhancing transparency, security, and operational efficiency. By utilizing a decentralized blockchain network, the invention enables real-time tracking of goods and transactions across all stages of the supply chain, ensuring that all participants have access to secure, immutable data. Smart contracts are employed to automate key processes such as payment release and order fulfillment, reducing errors and manual intervention. Additionally, blockchain data is leveraged for predictive analytics, optimizing inventory management, demand forecasting, and identifying inefficiencies, ultimately streamlining operations and reducing costs.
