A method (100) for operating an automatic stamping machine utilizing a Geneva mechanism. providing a Geneva mechanism with a driving wheel and a driven wheel. The driving wheel is rotated by a motor to engage with the driven wheel. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of feeding a sheet material into the stamping machine at predetermined intervals using a chain drive connected to the Geneva mechanism. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of applying a stamping force to the sheet material through a stamping tool. The stamping force is activated by the intermittent rotation of the driven wheel. Further, the method (100) comprising the steps of controlling the operation of the motor and the timing of the stamping force application to optimize the stamping process for efficiency and reduced human intervention.

providing a Geneva mechanism with a driving wheel and a driven wheel, wherein the driving wheel is rotated by a motor to engage with the driven wheel;
feeding a sheet material into the stamping machine at predetermined intervals using a chain drive connected to the Geneva mechanism;
applying a stamping force to the sheet material through a stamping tool, wherein the stamping force is activated by the intermittent rotation of the driven wheel; and
controlling the operation of the motor and the timing of the stamping force application to optimize the stamping process for efficiency and reduced human intervention.
2. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the Geneva mechanism is constructed from stainless steel to enhance durability and reduce wear during operation.
