[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of welding machinery and, in particular, to a method of fabrication of a tube-to-tube sheet orbital welding machine for vertical G1 position. The invention aims to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of orbital welding operations by optimizing the welding process and structural components.

adjusting operational parameters to maximize efficiency and weld quality.

2. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the advanced materials comprise high-strength alloys and composite materials.

3. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the welding head design is optimized using advanced welding simulations.

4. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the operational parameters include welding speed, current, and voltage.
