[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of quantifying drug compounds, and more specifically, to a method for using thin layer chromatography (TLC) and a web application for the precise quantification of 4-Acetamidophenone and Brucine free base in various concentrations.
BACKGROUND

spotting 50 µl of each concentration on a TLC plate; developing the TLC plate using specified solvent systems; and
visualizing the developed spots using a web application for TLC analysis; and validating the method based on ICH guidelines.
2. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the specified solvent systems are ethyl acetate: methanol: ammonia (85:15:05) for 4-Acetamidophenone and methanol: ammonia (90:10) for Brucine free base
