METHOD FOR DETERMINING TRANSMISSION CONFIGURATION INDICATION STATE AND APPARATUS

Abstract

A method for determining a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state and an apparatus. The method executed by a terminal device comprises: receiving first indication information, wherein the first indication information is used for indicating at least two sets of TCI states; and determining a TCI state for channel and/or signal transmission according to a configuration for the channel and/or signal. Hence, after the terminal device receives the at least two sets of TCI states, the TCI state for the channel and/or signal transmission is determined according to the configuration for the channel and/or signal, so that the TCI state used for the channel and/or signal transmission and determined by the terminal device is consistent with that determined by a network device, the transmission reliability is ensured, and the transmission quality is improved.
