capturing a facial image of an individual at a designated checkpoint;
comparing the captured facial image against a pre-existing database of enrolled facial images to verify the individual's identity;
recording the attendance of the individual in real-time upon successful verification;
generating attendance reports based on the recorded attendance data; and
providing access to the attendance reports through a user-friendly interface.

2. The method (100) as claimed in claim 1, further comprising implementing a privacy protection mechanism that includes encrypting the captured facial images and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations, thereby safeguarding the individual's biometric data from unauthorized access.
