Abstract
ABSTRACT A method (100) for analysis of turbulators used in divergent and convergent nozzle duct pipe comprising the steps of positioning a turbulator within a divergent or convergent nozzle duct pipe, the turbulator configured to increase fluid velocity and induce turbulence. The method further, comprises varying the turbulator geometry selected from rectangular plate orifices, triangular plate orifices, and a rectangular plate with increasing plate height. Further,setting the pressure conditions at multiple levels, ranging from 2 bar to 10 bar, to measure the Reynolds number and fluid flow velocity along the length of the nozzle duct. Further, analyzing the flow characteristics within the nozzle duct, whereby the placement of the turbulator and pressure setting controls the boundary layer separation and optimizes flow efficiency.

Description:FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE
[0001] This invention generally relates to a field of fluid dynamics and aerodynamics, specifically to enhancing fluid flow and turbulence control within nozzle duct pipes through the application of various turbulators in divergent and convergent nozzles.
BACKGROUND
[0002] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art merely as a result of its mention in the background section. Similarly, a problem mentioned in the background section or associated with the subject matter of the background section should not be assumed to have been previously recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which in and of themselves may also correspond to implementations of the claimed technology.
[0003] In the realm of fluid dynamics, controlling and enhancing fluid flow within nozzle ducts remains a challenge, particularly in applications that involve divergent and convergent nozzles. T , Claims:WE CLAIM:
1. A method (100) for analysis of turbulators used in divergent and convergent nozzle duct pipe:
positioning a turbulator within a divergent or convergent nozzle duct pipe, the turbulator configured to increase fluid velocity and induce turbulence;
varying the turbulator geometry selected from rectangular plate orifices, triangular plate orifices, and a rectangular plate with increasing plate height;
setting the pressure conditions at multiple levels, ranging from 2 bar to 10 bar, to measure the Reynolds number and fluid flow velocity along the length of the nozzle duct;
analyzing the flow characteristics within the nozzle duct, whereby the placement of the turbulator and pressure setting controls the boundary layer separation and optimizes flow efficiency.
2. The method (100) of claim 1, wherein the turbulator is a rectangular plate orifice configured to increase flow velocity in the divergent section of the nozzle duct pipe.
