Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for forming a structure on a workpiece by means of machining radiation whilst the workpiece is moved by means of the transport device, correction data of the workpiece being detected by means of optical sensors. The correction data comprise motion data of the workpiece and/or position data of a structure produced on the workpiece by means of the machining radiation, and the deflection of the machining radiation is determined, in particular corrected, by means of a deflection unit in dependence on the correction data.
