DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Fig 3 illustrating a isometric view of a control knob (2) is a rotary device used to provide manual input adjustments to a mechanical/electrical system when grasped and turned by a human operator. We can adjust the knob to expand the product placing capacity. While Compared to the normal vending machines slot, it holds a fixed number of products but in the knob concept, we can adjust the capacity. Minimizes downtime due to out-of-stock issues, ensuring continuous availability of medications. Provides flexibility to the operator to adjust the machine based on the seasonality or popularity of certain medications. Maximizes the use of available space within the vending machine, making it more efficient.
DC motor in a doling out machine typically operates to drive mechanical components like the conveyor belts, spirals, or dispensing mechanisms that move products to the delivery slot when a selection is made. The motor's shaft is connected to gears, belts, or other mechanical linkages that transfer the rotational motion to the product dispensing mechanisms. The speed of a DC motor can be controlled by adjusting the voltage applied. DC motors and DC geared motors can be applied on multi-functions in doling out machines, such as coin collection, coin acceptor, banknotes collection, banknotes acceptor, automatic change giving, and dispensing items automatically.
Fig 5 illustrating the isometric view of the doling out machine consists of a travelling belt which is unique when contrast to the regular vending machines. It is formulated such that the movable partition at the traveling belt can be regulated according to the size and quantity of medicines to be placed on the belt. This segment increases the capacity of the medicines to be stored in the proposed machine.
The proposed machine is a modernized device with an LCD screen that shows products to the customers according to their requirements. The touch screen in the proposed machine belongs to high-end devices which brings a more friendly and familiar feeling when making purchases. This operation is similar to customer's experience on smartphones, pads, and other smart devices. The proposed machine with the LCD screen helps the customer with the product images and prices displayed more clearly.
In the proposed machine we provide a QR code reader to read the prescription which is provided by the pharmacist and the reader can read the code which is generated by the user in the application itself. The working principle of bar code is a type of barcode that can be read easily by a digital device and which stores information as a series of pixels in a square-shaped grid. QR codes are frequently used to track information about products in a supply chain and - because many smartphones have built-in QR readers - they are often used in marketing and advertising campaigns.
In the machine by using the cash we can purchase the medicines that we should have and the "cash detector". The working principle of the cash detector uses optical sensors to scan and analyze the cash. They check for specific patterns, colors, and features that are unique to genuine bills. Determine the voltage and current requirements of your vending machine. Check the machine's specifications or manual. Common types include lead-acid, lithium-ion, and nickel-metal hydride. Lithium-ion batteries are more efficient and have a longer lifespan, but they can be more expensive. If the vending machine runs on AC power, you'll need an inverter to convert the battery's DC power to AC. Some batteries require regular maintenance, while others are maintenance-free. And it is mainly used as a backup battery. While the current is not available in the hospital or survival places.
This is the internal mechanism that moves the selected item from its storage location to the dispensing area. The area where the item falls or is pushed into after being released by the dispensing mechanism. This area is usually angled or shaped to ensure the item moves forward to the pickup area.
The cooling compressor in the proposed machine operates similarly to that in a refrigerator, but it is tailored to meet the specific requirements of the doling-out machine. The main use of a cooling compressor in the doling-out machine is to maintain drugs and tonics at low temperatures inside the machine.
Fig 6 illustrating the isometric view of the adjusting key is used to regulate the adjusting knob according to the capacity and size of the medicines. This tool makes it the marketer easier for to adjust the knob at the spring which will help in expanding and compressing.
