Abstract

A measuring method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method is executed by a user equipment, and comprises: sending indication information to a network device, the indication information indicating a relaxation measurement characteristic supported by the user equipment, and the relaxation measurement characteristic comprising a first relaxation measurement characteristic and a second relaxation measurement characteristic (101); receiving configuration information from the network device, and determining, on the basis of the configuration information, whether the user equipment satisfies a relaxation measurement criterion corresponding to the supported relaxation measurement characteristic (102); and executing corresponding relaxation measurement on the basis of the relaxation measurement criterion satisfied by the user equipment (103). By using the method, more optimized RLM/BFD relaxation measurement can be achieved.
