Description:The detailed structure of the manual roti/chapati maker (100) is depicted in the accompanying drawings: The
top view of the device (Figure 1) showing the rolling surface (102), rolling pin holder (101), and container
spaces (103). The side view (Figure 2), highlighting the elevation of the rolling surface. The rolling surface
(102) is made of wood, providing a smooth base for rolling out the dough. The surface is slightly elevated to
prevent dough from sticking to the countertop. The surface is circular in shape, with dimensions suitable for
rolling a standard-sized roti or chapati. A dedicated rolling pin holder (101) slot is carved to one side of the
rolling surface, designed to secure the rolling pin when not in use. The holder (101) is crafted to accommodate
rolling pins of various sizes and materials, ensuring versatility. Two compartments (103) are integrated above
the rolling pin holder, which can be used to hold oil, salt or other ingredients. Each compartment (103) is
detachable to clean the container separately. , Claims:1. A manual roti/chapati maker (100) comprising:
a. A rolling surface (102);
b. An integrated rolling pin holder (101) attached to the side of the rolling surface (102);
c. Two container (103) spaces for holding ingredients, positioned above the rolling pin holder (101).
2. The manual roti/chapati maker (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the rolling surface (102) is made of
food-grade sheesham wood;
3. The manual roti/chapati maker (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the non-stick, perfect rolling surface
(102) is polished with combination of sheelac, Lacquer, olive oil and natural citrus for effortless rolling
and shaping of dough.
4. The manual roti/chapati maker (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the rolling pin holder (101) is
designed to accommodate rolling pins of various sizes and shapes; and the container spaces (103) are
detachable to keep the container clean and fresh.
5. The manual roti/chapati maker (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the food grade sheesham wood is
used for the non-stick perfect rolling surface (102), for its durability and strength which will make the
chapati/roti making process seamless.
6. The manual roti/chapati maker (100) as claimed in Claim 1, wherein the detachable and two multi-purpose
containers (103) made of stainless steel is used to hold ingredients and also to clean and maintain
effortlessly.
