• Pneumatic or motorized actuators that separate chilies based on sensor data processed in real-time through an IoT platform.
• The system of claim 1, wherein the color sensors are configured to assess the visual quality of chilies, facilitating sorting based on freshness and ripeness.
2. The system of claim 1, further comprising an IoT-enabled quality monitoring module that includes temperature, humidity, and ethylene sensors to ensure optimal processing conditions.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a predictive maintenance module that uses vibration, temperature, and usage sensors to forecast equipment failures and schedule maintenance proactively.
