ABSTRACT An interactive chatting system (100), the system (100) comprising: an input module (102) comprising a database stored with datasets having different keywords and corresponding replies; a processor (104) communicatively coupled with the input module (102), wherein the processor (104) is configured to: receive data from the input module (102), analyze the data using at least one artificial intelligence (AI)/machine learning (ML) model, and train the at least one AI/ML model to provide appropriate replies; and a user interface (106) communicatively coupled with the processor (104), wherein the user interface (106) enables a user to provide a keyword, and wherein the processor (104) is configured to generate an appropriate reply to the provided keyword using the trained at least one AI/ML model.
