Embodiments of the present disclosure are an information processing method and apparatus, a communication device and a storage medium. The information processing method executed by a terminal may comprise: determining a decision parameter according to an antenna structure of the terminal; and determining, according to the decision parameter and a measurement value of a downlink DL carrier, uplink transmission on a primary uplink (UL) carrier or a secondary uplink (SUL) carrier.
