Abstract

The invention provides clean potable water with easy maintenance. For a water tap that emphasizes easy hygiene maintenance, to focus on features that minimize bacterial growth, simplify cleaning and reduce the need for frequent maintenance. It contains smooth, seamless designs that are easier to wipe down and clean. Tap with removable or easily accessible parts can be cleaned more thoroughly. There are no, complicated designs where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. This helps in keeping the area cleaner with less effort.

Specification

Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
[001] The field of invention is related to the technological sector of clean drinking water supply system, specifically the components designed to improve the functionality and cleanliness of water delivery system.
BACKGROUND AND PRIOR ART
[002] The present invention addresses the problem of contamination in the drinking water supply system. The current product provides perfectly safe hygiene water. The current product's design avoids water contamination, which is present in existing products. In the context of water taps, using a simple design is a significant improvement over traditional complicated design. Existing complicated designs have raised concerns about their effects on water quality and environmental sustainability.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[003] The "Hygienic Potable Water Delivery System with Clean Flow Control Mechanism" is an innovative tool that ensures the production of high-quality water that complies with health requirements. This innovative tap is specifically designed to easily adjust and ensure the thorough and effective delivery of water. Its design also prevents the formation of fungi. The tap facilitates effortless cleaning, ensuring the maintenance of impeccable water hygiene. Significantly, the tap is made from materials that are completely edible and pose no threats to health, even when they become worn out. This represents a significant improvement, emphasizing the focus on safety and hygiene.
BRIEF DESCRIPTIONS OF DRAWINGS:
[004] The illustration portrays a technical blueprint, presumably for a "Hygienic Potable Water Delivery System with Clean Flow Control Mechanism". The design showcases a lateral view of the component, featuring a water tank of dimensions 300X 200X 100 mm with a support plate provided in the front side to squeeze the flexible hose on applying the load by the lever on to the hose. The diameter of the elbow pipe is 10mm and the inner diameter of the flexible hose is 10mm whose overall length is 70mm. A pivoted lever of length 80mm and thickness 5mm is used to squeeze the flexible hose to stop the flow of water.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[005] The invention includes water tank hand operated lever, Support plate and tap. A tank is used store clean drinking water. The support plate is provided to support the flexible hose when the tap is closed. An Elbow is provided to deliver the water from the tank. The flexible hose is Slid on the Elbow pipe. A manually operated lever is pivoted on the wall of the water tank.
[006] When the lever is raised and kept it in horizontal position, the flexible hose is squeezed between the lever and support plate, hence the water flow is stopped. The flexible hose is easily removable and can be cleaned easily. The flexible hose considered for this invention is transparent so that any accumulation of fungus and any dirt is easily visible so that it can be cleaned frequently. In the existing systems the accumulation of fungus and dirt is not visible and also the cleaning process is tedious. So, this drawback can be easily overcome with this new invention and clean drinking water can be achieved economically for the society. , C , Claims:Claim 1: A water delivery system consisting of a water storage tank, a lever operated manually, a support plate, an elbow pipe, and a flexible hose. The lever is attached pivotally to the tank wall and designed to depress the flexible hose against the support plate to regulate the water flow. The flexible hose is transparent to clearly show any build-up of contaminants, enabling easy removal and cleaning to maintain cleanliness in the potable water supply.
Claim 2: The water delivery system described in claim 1 must have a flexible hose constructed from non-toxic, food-grade materials that do not provide any health hazards, even after wear or deterioration. This ensures the long-term safety of the water supplied through the system.
Claim 3: A hygienic drinking water tap system which includes a seamless and smooth design for all external and internal components, with few joints and crevices to avoid the accumulation of dirt and bacteria. All detachable parts are specifically designed for easy disassembly and thorough cleaning, reducing the need for frequent maintenance.
Claim 4: The water delivery system is designed with an elbow pipe of 10mm diameter and a flexible hose of 10mm inner diameter, totaling 70mm in length. This arrangement is suited for regulating water flow and facilitating cleaning of the hose and pipe interface.
Claim 5: A manually controlled water flow control mechanism for a potable water system, comprising an 80mm long and 5mm thick pivoted lever, intended to exert pressure on a flexible hose against a support plate to halt water flow. The transparent hose enables real-time monitoring of contamination, and the design simplifies cleaning and replacement to prevent contamination and fungal growth.
