Traditional fitness equipment, such as treadmills, provide effective cardiovascular exercise but are often limited to ind , Claims:1. A hybrid treadmill bicycle for physical fitness and mobility, comprising:
a) a bicycle frame configured to support a user for cycling;
b) a treadmill mechanism integrated into the bicycle frame, the treadmill including a motorized running belt;
c) a bi-directional power transmission system configured to transfer power from the bicycle's pedaling mechanism to the treadmill motor, thereby powering the treadmill based on the pedaling speed;
d) a control system for adjusting the treadmill speed based on the pedaling cadence, wherein the treadmill motor is powered by the pedaling motion during cycling mode and operates independently when in treadmill mode.
2. The hybrid treadmill bicycle as claimed in claim 1, further comprising:
i. a feedback system embedded in the handlebars and seat of the bicycle to monitor user performance, including heart rate, pedaling cadence, and distance;
