Step 1: The customer subscribes to a plan through a mobile device, which enables various services such as property assessment, continuous monitoring with sensors, real-time data collection, scheduled maintenance, detailed reports, and enhanced services. Baseline condition is established, and immediate maintenance needs are addressed;
Step 2: The system performs a property assessment to understand the home's essential needs, such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems, the regular maintenance appointments are scheduled based on the homeowner's plan. The Trained professionals perform check-ups, preventative measures, and minor repairs.
